Cleanliness, Customer Service, Sensory, Massage Technique, Service.

My initial visit since the new ownership has been roughly as pleasant. The shop has been renovated and hosts a new, brighter interior with different floor levels and ramps that make you feel elevated if you take that first step (pun intended!). The shop is very meticulous in terms of cleanliness.

The customer service left me feeling calm and relaxed, no request is seen as an inconvenience, and you are greeted with a smile as the door may even be opened for you!

When you walk in, your olfactory senses are met with a soft menthol (I believe). You will take in the bright tones and well positioned lighting, relaxing music playing softly in the background, and the gentle ticking of a mechanical clock.

The massage rooms are an adequate size, the massage I usually pick is remedial, not relaxing. Despite being in some pain, the technique always leaves me feeling better, and I find myself falling asleep at times.

I have not been rushed out the door early as you may find in other places, the host always does her best to ensure I am comfortable. I am wished well with a warm cup of Thai tea before re-entering the noisy world outside. Believe me, I consider paying more to stay longer!

I consider myself a real gentleman, however when a massage is on the table, I am traditional in the belief of full trust and comfort, so I strip down to the towel, the masseuse is comfortable with this completely or if you are not as comfortable as I am, you can remain in your underwear.

Please note that this is not a brothel or happy ending parlour. This is a traditional Thai massage, and the staff deserve that respect.

Hello

I purchased a Groupon Voucher for a 60 minute Full Body Relaxing Oil Aroma Massage with Foot Rub.
I found the massage centre to be very clean, the massage cubicles are quite spacious and the lady that greeted me and performed the massage was professional and pleasant. However, I did not receive the foot rub as listed on the Groupon voucher and I also think the massage did not last for a full 60 minutes. Apart from the two issues I have outlined I was quite satisfied with the experience.
