Dear De Lacy family, it isn’t often I make the effort to contact businesses directly and yes, I could have just left a very flattering review but your product is just so exceptional! I have tried many a coffee bean over my time, from local boutique roasters to visiting coffee farms further abroad. I really wanted you to know that I am fussy, annoyingly, hair pulling fussy and though I am a self confessed novice, I know a damn good coffee when I try it! Thank you so much for your 30 years of perfecting the perfect brew, and now that I have discovered your beans in our seaside village at Bridport, there is no turning back. Your highlands premium blend, is indeed a premium product.

These guys are roasting some great coffee. Really enjoying a bag of their Three Sisters extended ferment as straight espressos. Only tried 1 bag of this one, but I'll be picking up some more and hope it's just as good.
