Easy booking process (online or via phone), warm comfortable and stylish reception with start of the art dental rooms and facilities. Lots of gentle care and attention was given to me being an anxious patient which helped calm the nerves.
I did get offered a fluoride gel thing at the end of my treatment which I felt was a bit odd being a biological (wholistic) dental practice.
I’m booked in again in a couple of weeks time for some extra detailed work and will return again after that for my regular check ups.

Time to update my review from last year!
From the minute you walk into the newly renovated consulting rooms/reception you immediately feel at ease. Reception staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Waiting rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with great reading material. Dr Tan and Associates are ‘next level’ practitioners. My experience has been nothing less than amazing. Launceston is very lucky to have a dental practice of such high calibre. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Dr. Simon and his assistant Tia were great during my check up and clean. Very gentle, thorough and efficient, Dr. Simon took his time to explain to me the xrays and I really appreciated that. The ladies at reception were very welcoming. The dental practice is very relaxing, ideal for nervous patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Daniel Tan and his team. The moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure every visit is comfortable and stress-free. Dr Tan is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in my dental health. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions with great clarity.
The surgery itself is pristine and well equipped with the latest technology, making every procedure smooth and efficient. The team is thorough, gentle, and really takes the time to ensure you’re relaxed during any treatment. I’ve never felt rushed or uneasy.
It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines exceptional care with a friendly, warm atmosphere and I’m so grateful to have found this one.

I had an appointment with Dr. Simon this morning, and the experience was fantastic! The teeth fillings were done perfectly with great attention to detail. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a skilled and professional dentist.

However, I would definitely avoid Dr. Krushen based on my previous experience. I went in for a routine check-up and teeth cleaning, but instead of focusing on my dental health, he kept asking unrelated questions about whether I wake up with a burning throat and making odd observations about my sinus structure. To make things worse, the teeth cleaning was poorly done—I could still see plaque buildup on my teeth afterward.

If you’re visiting this clinic, I strongly recommend booking with Dr. Simon for quality dental care!

I can't believe that I am in my 60's and it has taken me this long to experience this amazing dental practice. Simon Lew without doubt one of the most caring dentists I have ever experienced. Communication absolutely never a problem, if I have any questions about anything, he always gets back to me, which is so reassuring.
The girls are always so welcoming and friendly on arrival, as they always are when you phone the practice.
I truly can't speak more highly of Dr Tan and Associates, especially from someone that really did have a fear of dentists after quite a few bad experiences over the years.

Top class, professional treatment. I visited the practice today for the first time and was impressed from the moment I walked in and with everyone I dealt with. My dentist Simon was friendly, gentle and had a very calm demeanour.
