I signed up my daughter for swimming classes last year.We were very busy and weather wasn't good by the end of the season, we miss out a few lessons. We never been offered any make up classes and never been called .
This year October 1 when season started they sent me out an email and called twice to check if we are going back but I was busy with all sorts of very serious health problems and I couldn't reply or make contact with them.
Finally when things got a little bit easier for me I picked up the phone and I been told they charged me for the entire weeks 9 classes plus the end season weeks.
They forget to inform me also for the price increase they just whindron the money automatically.
They were very generous offering us 2 lessons with a very bad wording letter telling me to choose quickly because they are very busy.
Latley I feel from quite a few organizations especially the ones asking for direct debit payments they think they can't treat you the way how they want it and they can just take the payment as they wish.Feels like Iam dealing with a robot who says I have only one option and that is what is good for them.
No empathy or any human moral values or feelings.

Just a fallow up on my previous review.
We went back to have our first make up lesson Niki come to talk about what happened. She was very understanding and helpful she understood when I explained what happened and she offered the full 6 lessons to make-up.
We will come back and thank you very much for your understanding and help.

Not a bad pool, only down sides is a very small kids pool and the whole pool is pretty shallow

Nice pool and gym for a morning dip and exercise. Not open all year round. Lots of regular local people use it, however there are times when you can be the only person there. Busy on hot public holidays.

I never want to go to this pool again. The lifeguards are mean and try to intimidate everyone. Felt so uncomfortable being yelled at. You can’t have fun here, so don’t bother.

Signed up for gym membership. Use of gym includes use of pool, when in " season". Excellent selection of modern gym equipment in good working order.
