We visited Darwin from Sydney recently and decided to stay at this Motel Caravan Park on a powered site for our caravan. I was immediately impressed with the Greeting from Narelle (Ralph) and thought what a true blue Aussie lady she is. Once settled in we were enjoying the Parks environment, great pool for the kids and obviously because of the wet season very quiet and peaceful. Short distance from Darwin City and all facilities are close by, easy day trips to Kakadu, Litchfield parks too, it was that nice we decided to stay couple extra days. Narelle went above and beyond to ensure i was informed of all the local sights and attractions with her extensive local knowledge. Rob the gentleman who maintains the property is one awesome bloke and also full of local knowledge. I highly recommend this business and definitely will be returning on next trip, it was very sad to check out and leave 2 great new friends made. Thanks so much for having us and we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thanks Narelle and Rob you guys are lovely.

Very good quality for the money. The owner Narelle is super nice, the villa we were staying at was clean and spacious. And the garden and facilities are very well maintained.
I really recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Boomerang. The owners and staff (Ralph aka Narelle)were very friendly and obliging. The rates were the best we found in Darwin.The pool was great and the gardens and grassed areas made relaxing enjoyable. The park is also adjacent to shop and fuel station which we found convenient.

Cheapest campsite we could find near Darwin. Good for the price.
The kitchen is very basic. The cooking utensils are provided, which is great, but there's only one small fridge for the whole campsite so found room to be an issue. Also no microwave and very dated cooking hob.
Bathroom facilities also basic and dated.
Overall, functional and good value for money.

Narelle alias Ralph was most welcoming and helpful. When we had to extend our stay she went out of her way to leave us in our spot. Meant a lot of juggling for her. Pool and amenties very clean. Nice shady grassy sites . Enjoyed our stay

I would have to congratulate the owner's the lady (Narelle) was absolutely awesome beinga local new all the right places. . I think the park for what you pay is reasonable. Could do with a microwave prehaps a tidy around the park of debris also a bigger fridge.
Pool area very clean and tidy.
Can't comment on the rooms as we camped would definitely stay again
