My partner and I were allocated a site for our caravan we were told to reverse into next to an uprooted tree. Ok, but other spots were vacant. Liked the place, told the owner just that so booked extra night. On departure at 9am we asked for a gas bottle refill which was a service they provided. Got told 'a bit busy right now and you SHOULD have got it done while you were here! We WERE still there and checkout was not till 10am. Bad managerial attitude indeed. There was a woman there he could have got to help him while he did our refill. 2 other workers in the grounds. Get your money and then we don't matter anymore. Bad. Won't go back.

This was a very positive experience for us. Staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and on arrival. We had asked for a drive-through powered site, and the one we were allocated was lovely but it had trees that affected our satellite reception. Staff immediately offered us the option of taking another site that was suitable for our needs. Amenities were spotless and very well presented. We'll definitely choose this park on our next visit to Charters Towers.

This is an excellent caravan park - probably the best one I have stayed at - very well maintained, lovely and shady, beautiful gardens. On arrival, guests receive home made date slice and there is homemade fudge and rocky road available to buy. There is a chicken coop and vegie garden. This place is a real gem.

Tanya was very accommodating to our needs. We loved our hand written welcome note for late check in. Amenities are very clean. The whole park was tidy and clean. No complaints from us. Pets are welcomed.

Beautifully presented welcoming park. Spotless facilites, spacious shady sites with easy access. Very relaxing. Welcome fruit slice and access to herb garden were a surprise. Highly recommend!

What a lovely park, beautiful gardens and green grass.
Amenities are lovely and clean.
Tanya is so welcoming and friendly.

We stayed 3 nights on a powered site the amenities were clean as was the laundry. The owner operators of this park work diligently to give their guests the best experience. We would recommend and stay again.
