The communication and information from the operators was first class and assistance with a minor issue very promptly fixed. Great location and we enjoyed the walk down and along the pier. However the downstairs unit 6 apartment has no usable WiFi and also my optus mobile was very weak so basically no internet. The room is also very dark. You can also hear people walking around in the room above. The kitchen could use more PowerPoints or power boards cause you can’t make a coffee and your toast at the same time. Some instructions for the appliances would have been helpful. Lots of different milks but no skim or lite milk.

Fantastic, well appointed accommodation with very comfy beds and beautifully furnished. Easy walk to the Esplanade with good choice of restaurants.

This property has everything you need and although we stayed in the smaller room, it was equipped with everything we needed and tastefully decorated. It is a short distance to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable and we will stay there again. Amazing experience! Thank you

Well presented. Close to pub, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed. Owner puts a new meaning to continental breakfast. |. We were presented with everything you would like including home made bread and eggs to cook anyway you like. Also included fresh fruit and juices.|Great place to stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Promenade, within easy reach of the beach and a short drive to a large choice of restaurants.

The check in process is all handled remotely, ie. a text is sent providing details of how to enter the property car park and access keys to your room (via a locked box outside the room).

There are no facilities for tea/coffee making in the room however you are able to do this in a shared facility at any time.

There is no door between the toilet/shower and the rest of the room. A thick curtain is used to separate the spaces. We could also hear the voices of the people in the next room when they were talking through the wall. We couldn't hear their conversation per se, rather mumbling but this was a new experience to us.

Would we stay there again, no. Although there are many positives the negatives noted above are showstoppers for us.

Great place, clean and well decorated. Check-in is easy and communication with the owner is smooth. There is an open kitchen, where you can have breakfast.
