It was a perfect stop to taste the real Craft Beers made on the spot. Amazing brewhouse and a really nice brewer who worked (cleaning)on a public holiday to go doing what he loves the next day. Loved the taste of the beers, the go from fresh and crispy pale ale to a dark and rich imperial stout. Lion Eyes the Amber Lager was a favorite for me.
There’s a half open kitchen so the food must be good, didnt eat but come back for a meal soon👌

A tram ride direct from the city interchange, and short 5 minute walk gets you to a craft beer nirvana. There's plenty of seating. Dogs are welcome. Children have a play area. There is a wide range of food (not Monday's or Tuesday though - there's a limited range).
Really, there is no excuse not to visit, if you're a craft beer enthusiast. I was lucky to sample new coconut Imperial Stout. Delicious, and that's from someone who would normally run from a 'additive'.
The Pilsner was also a cracker. And if you aren't sure what to order, ask for Jimmy. He's an absolute champion who could help you decide!
This place is definite reason to visit Canberra, so do yourself a favour 👍

Visited Saturday night, great food fantastic beers - 4 stars for that lart

Bar guy was very below par - not at all helpful when we arrived asked to order food no mention of where to do so or that the kitchen was closing soonish, seemed he didnt want to be there at all, asked what beers were most popular and no response. Went back to order more food only to be told kitchen was closed….1 star for the man behind the bar

The beer was really nice.
All the he food was unfortunately under seasoned and the burger patties were weirdly chewy. Fortunately the portions were decently generous.
This place has lots of potential and I'm hoping they'll grow and improve.
I'll definitely be back and will support them.

The food can't be faulted.
The beer paddle my husband did all tasted of passionfruit.
The cocktails take a back-seat to other patrons i.e. if you order one, it doesn't get made until the barkeep finishes serving everyone else.

Nice beer selection and generous food servings, staff were great, a little quiet for a Thursday evening but the weather was bad so it probably kept folks away. Good music and not too loud so conversation was easy. We will definitely be back.
