A special anniversary dinner in a special place.

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Customs House, last night in Australia for us.
We are Italian so very demanding when it comes to food and wine. We have been welcomed kindly by Joe who found us a table ( we had no reservation) and promptly took us some water. Then Marcel assisted us for all the dinner time with patience and professionalism.
Amazing plates, tastes, very well served and presented.
Classy and sober space, nice lights, cutlery. Very good wine selection.
Both Joe and Marcel are high level professionals who deserve the best. They also gifted us with a surprise dessert for our anniversary, priceless.
We hope we can be back and meet them again in future.

I love the 3 course meal. Portions are enough for a fine dining experience. The snapper has an excellent crusting and the wagyu had this smoky, charcoal-ly maillard that keeps the taste really simple yet savory. They even gave us a complementary wine. Would highly recommend this place for a fine dining experience.

Just had a lovely Mother's Day lunch at the restaurant and the food was really good and enjoyable. The little one loved the chicken and chips he had. The space is smaller than I expected but in fact it provides you a feeling of seclusion and just a piece of quietness away from the crowds.

The Brisbane Customs House was established near the Brisbane River in 1889. This house is astonish among high rise buildings The University of Queensland has a salloon in this building. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and there are a lot of igloos where can be organised at a personal group dinner in the garden. It can be eaten unforgettable dinner across the impressive scene. This house is located in heart of Brisbane.

Absolutely fantastic. We visited to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The service was impeccable - they even gave mum a special treat with a sparkler for her birthday. Delicious menu, everything was spot on. Couldn't fault this experience.

What a amazing place. We have ordered three entrees and two mains. We were very surprised about the balance of all different flavours. Very friendly staff with good service. Recommended wine was very good match as well. Will revisit again.

Came here for a work function. The courtyard has the perfect backdrop of the Story Bridge and the Brisbane river for an afternoon drinks.

The function room is spacious and the decor is modern. Foods are delicious compared to the usual function foods standard. Service is impeccable. Will definitely come back for a normal dinner service.
