Recently had breakfast here on a Saturday. A little out of the way on Bowen Rd, so may not be known to all. Good vibe. Good Service. Friendly Staff. Good Variety Menu, very Generous Servings - we had the Brioche French Toast and the Buttery Mushrooms. Coffee Average (but I prefer something a bit stronger)
Would I go back? Yes.

Rather disappointing. Despite the lovely wait staff, the food, drinks and atmosphere weren't great. The dining area is essentially a concrete box with no soft furnishings meaning it is noisy and echoes every noise - at busy times it is almost unbearable. The food was ok but both times we went our orders arrived 15 minutes apart and our second and final visit our coffee failed to arrive after 40 minutes so we cancelled it and left. Another diner had a similar issue.

Two star, but add one for the nice waitress. Based on our experience, not recommended.

Wish this would allow 0 rating. What a horrid experience. Came in from out of town and just wanted something nice to eat before doing our running around, even called ahead to book. Not busy at all when we got there, 3 other tables, 1 with food already. Got mumbled at by one staff so sat at the wrong table. Then went to counter to order as I wanted something a little different. Stood there and stood there with all 3 staff behind counter, all started at me multiple times, only the coffe guy was actually busy. No one served me, no one even bother to say, "won't be a moment. So I left without even being acknowledged. On a morning where I just wanted a simple, easy bite to eat, the atrociousness of the customer service industry rears it's ugly head again. Won't be back, certainly won't recommend

We recently went here for breakfast on Sunday morning. It was pretty busy, but that is to be expected. Ordered food, including a few extras. 45mins later, food still has not arrived, but people who have came in afterwards have gotten theirs.

When we asked where our food was, we're told it would be another 5 mins but wasn't given an apology.

About 15 after that food arrives. I ordered the toast and jam with a side of Bacon (for $4 extra!). I didn't get any jam so had to ask for that separately and the Bacon was the smallest rash I have seen and was barely cooked.

My friend got a side of tomatoes with her meal (also $4 extra) and she got 5 cherry tomatoes!! She could have almost bought a whole punnet for that.

My partners meal had baked beans which looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for easy to long and was just bad.

We also hadn't been given cutlery as had to get that ourselves.

The food was pretty decent but just totally not worth the price.

Definitely not on the list to go back to again unfortunately

Smallest "Big breakfast" I have ever had and it cost $30.
Coffee was undrinkable. Tasted as though they ran the coffee machine until the cup was nearly full then topped with a dash of milk.
Staff were nice and friendly, shame about the food.

I attended cuisine on Bowen on the 1st of December intending to enjoy a nice meal because I'd had previously awesome service but on this day I got the wrong coffee order my eggs and bacon took 40 minutes to arrive and by the time they came the food was cold and unpleasant the service was absolutely disgusting I felt absolutely disrespected and I felt a racist fiber that joint if you're a black person don't go

The lady at the civic theatre bar with the black fringe was so rude. Terrible service from her, I would never hire someone who talks to customers like that if I ran a business
