A great breakfast location who's only downfall is how popular they are

We walked past here several days and saw it packed to the brim, highlighting this place as a must-visit. Combing through the menu you see an endless list of stuff to try; I really want to come here another 3 (or 10) times to try it all.
The food that came out was delicious!! Well prepared with balanced ingredients and good portion sizes; cannot sing enough praise for the food (and the sauces you can get on the side - all are top tier)

The only part that this place falls short on was the pace of service. Being so busy, the limited staff are running around the whole shift doing their best to keep up. As a result, it may take a little time to be served, but once you are you're in for a great experience.
Seeing some of the other reviews, additional staff may help this place because they're otherwise perfect

Fantastic, buzzing cafe! There was a constant flow of customers, and the food was absolutely worth the wait. Received our cold drinks fast, great coffee, and good service under pressure. Would recommend and would go again.

Recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the food was good, the service and overall treatment were far from acceptable. The Asian mixed Waitress was unprofessional, and I felt that she did not provide the level of service I expected. Not only was my drink order completely missed, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

It's frustrating when a place with good food fails in basic customer service, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their overall experience for all patrons.

I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. There were issues with the service that really stood out, including a clear lack of respect for customers. There was an Asian lady working there who didn’t offer us water, dropped our cutlery very disrespectfully on the table and she also missed our drink order entirely. After an hour, we finally received our breakfast, but still no drinks until we had finished eating. When I asked about it, they claimed to have misplaced the order. I was really disappointed with how they handled everything. I think the Asian lady should either be replaced or undergo proper customer service training to improve the experience for future customers. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Just had a coffee from here. Pretty lame! Service was pretty crappy too with attitude! I’d be ok with the attitude if the coffee was good. Here on holidays and all our coffees have been great so far, except for these ones, and I rarely complain, not impressed! Disappointed!

We had breakfast on a Sunday . When we rock up was quite but soon it got very busy . Staff were nice and food was great . Coffee could improve but overall good experience.
