I got a pedicure today, with normal polish, it was $45. Straight after my pedicure I drove home and noticed they were completely rubbed off and smudged( I was wearing thongs),I then called the salon explaining my experience and they said they could do nothing since it was my fault, I highly recommend not going to this place since they 1 dont do nails correctly and 2 don’t acknowledge when they do something wrong. Not happy with my experience at all.$45 down the drain.

I would like to add more since this company wants to lie, they specifically told me to wait 5 minutes for the polish to dry and I did and I left after, I was never told 10 minutes otherwise I definitely would have since I’m paying for a service and I want it to be good. As I mentioned in the phone call I don’t live in this area and it was a one off thing so I appreciate your support for offering to re do. A simple acknowledgement would have been nice since I specifically remember the lady I had saying 5 minutes.

A refund is not necessary but I would appreciate some back since half of the job was done correctly. 🙂 kind regards

Needed my nails done for a masquerade ball and they took the image i wanted and recreated it perfectly. Amazing friendly staff, great price and have never had an issues with peeling and paint chipping. Such an Amazing experience that I brought my mum along to try them out. We are now regulars (been coming here for years) and have mother-daughter time every month and will always come back to this salon and not go anywhere else.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I got a pedi and mani done & not only was I charged extra which I didn’t want to argue about because I was in a rush & didn’t have it in me to waste more time because I only went here for convenience & a quick “pick me. Pedicure was done by 1 lady who was lovely & I moved to the table to do my nails first by a male then by a female & I told her I wanted to grow my nails out because they’re damaged from acrylics which she was fine with and said she’ll add some extra gel thing which makes it stronger & was extra $5 which I said don’t worry it’s ok but she added it when she started to paint, in which I couldn’t be bothered sitting through longer of her removing it & redoing the nail, because the manicure took longer than expected with them having to get up all the time to do other things because they were packed. I thought ok $5 extra, just want to get it over with & they were looking good so far plus she said it would make the nail stronger so i justified it & kept going. After it was done, it looked good and went to the counter to be told by the male it was $15 extra on what he quoted when I went in. I just paid and left. 2 days later nails started peeling and chipping which made me so mad because you spend over $100 getting mani and pedi just to have it peel & break & defeated the whole purpose of growing it & paying the extra gel to make “stronger & last longer”. I’ve been to many salons and NEVER has the gel polish peeled off and my nails chipped & broken within 2 days of getting them done! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Visited here on the recommendation of a friend. She and her partner had been here the week before for a couple's mani-pedi treatment that they both loved. Appointments are preferred. I only needed a simple service. I am in a wheelchair and have nails in poor condition and my family cannot keep them trimmed. The lovely Amy came to the front of the store to help me. She used several different types of clippers to cut and shape my nails beautifully. A wonderful service, very professional and value for money.
