Mixed opinion of Crystalbrook Vincent. Our room initially smelled like cigarettes. We complained and they kindly upgraded our room to a higher floor, which was appreciated. The rooms were nice, the location excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.

However, after checking out we received a charge on our credit card. We were confused since we didn't order any food/drinks and hadn't touched the minibar. We called up and they informed us that the charge was from the minibar and that if it wasn't us, that they'd refund it. We obviously told them it wasn't us, and they agreed to a refund very easily. But it's disappointing because there wasn't an invoice or other communication to tell us this charge was going to happen. If I hadn't noticed it on my banking app, I'd have never known. It feels like they picked us randomly and hoped we wouldn't notice. Left a sour taste on an otherwise nice stay.

My partner and I celebrated our birthdays at the Crystalbrook Hotel last August, and it was such a lovely experience. Even though we didn’t have any special birthday surprises, our stay was still very memorable. The room was cozy and clean, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect—everything we needed for a relaxing break.

We truly enjoyed our time and loved the overall atmosphere and service. It was a fantastic place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful escape!

Great location on the river. Staff extremely helpful, especially at reception. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the view. The pool was quite small with few loungers. Food and drinks offering at the roof top bar was not extensive but good quality. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Brisbane stay with a view. I love the artwork at this hotel. Sustainable luxury hotel with a nice atmosphere. Close to restaurants. Easy parking. Fun mini bar. Delicious breakfast - recommend the mushroom omelette. Family room is good.

We stayed 5 nights to celebrate our daughter’s wedding.
Our family occupied 5 suites.
The staff did not acknowledge us other than when we went to reception to ask them a question. We waited over 24 hours for champagne glasses to be delivered and only got them when we asked again the following day. They seemed surprised when we asked for our room to be serviced late on the afternoon of the first day.
The bedrooms are uncomfortably small. Unable to walk around the end of the bed in one. One had no storage.
The bathroom was very small and had nowhere to put toiletries and makeup. I had to leave them in our bedroom on the floor and take them in and out as needed.
Location is amazing. We expected much more personal service for our family’s special occasion.

The location is great, we rode scooters around the river when wanting to go out. The view is superb at night under the story bridge. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends.

Our one-night stay at Crystalbrook Vincent Hotel Brisbane was truly memorable! The hotel's location under the Story Bridge offered stunning views of the Brisbane River.
The room was stylish and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.
We were particularly captivated by the Vincent Fantauzzo artwork displayed throughout the hotel. It added a unique and inspiring touch to our stay. Coincidentally, the night we stayed, Australian Story on the ABC featured Vincent's life. It was a surreal experience lying under one of his works while watching him on TV.
Our breakfast at the Mews was exceptional, with delicious food and attentive staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape with breathtaking views.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brisbane.
