Overall I had a great stay at Crystalbrook Albion.
I loved the location - although a little out of the centre of Sydney - and the neighbourhood is great for walks and food. Lots of little cafes and bars around and quiet enough for a great sleep.
The hotel itself is tucked away in this narrow road and is super cute and the staff were really nice and friendly.

Whenever I come to Sydney I normally stay at the hotels with a big name, because I enjoy quality and comfort. However due a few recent lackluster experiences, I took a chance on the Crystalbrook Albion for a change, and I am SO glad I did. I was so impressed with the cleanliness, decor and service, that it will now be my go-to booking for accommodation in the future. Although there is no room service, the honour bar and complimentary pastries in the morning are a wonderful alternative. The staff are also very polite, accommodating and generous. I almost didn’t leave a review because I want to keep this hidden gem of the CBD a secret, but I cannot recommend it higher.

I stayed at Crystalbrook Albion in August, and I absolutely loved it! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the design of the hotel is beautiful. It's in a safe and convenient location, about a five-minute walk to Central Station to catch the train or tram. I would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Savina, Ellie, and Holly for making my experience so great!

Excellent choice for travellers with pets. Our cats enjoyed their stay in the Urban room. The hotel is lovely, beautifully furnished and maintained. Great part of Surry Hills, close to cafes and restaurants. Also, very close to the central stop tram if you need to go the CBD. We loved it!

I loved this place so much! I was sad we were only there for one night. It’s super adorable with the little honour bar and sitting lounge area and all the art etc. We got upgraded for our engagement/fiancé’s birthday and taking a bath looking up at the sky was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the little card left on our bed to celebrate our engagement was so cute! It’s just a 10 min walk to Central station so it was easy to get to. Definitely will stay again when we return!

Loved it. A little oasis in the heart of Surry hills. Much better than boring hotel chain room. Brilliant room, comfy bed, loved the artwork throughout, warm and professional service, room top terrace, honour bar and pastries in the morning. What more do you want for a weekend escape in the city

Your beautiful team made me feel like this was my home, most comfortable yet luxurious stay. Your spaces are divine, welcoming and fascinating, you did make me curious to explore the history and art. Location is close to everything. I didn't want to leave your exquisite hotel, thank you. I loved everything, especially your Honour Bar, can't wait to return.
