Spacious room, very comfortable bed with ceiling fan and nice cold AC. Lovely lady who serviced us. Parking available and good, central location. We had a good stay 🙂

We booked this on the night of arrival. The office was closed, but the owner was very quick to respond. He gave us a late checkout, which was very welcome after a trying days travel. Good, comfortable sleep, and after checkout we were able to leave our luggage there. There is a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the room needs some maintenance, but overall a good place to stay.

What a dump, extremely over priced $440 for 2nights, apron arrival the 1st thing I saw were people laying on the floor in the reception and people squatting outside. I went to my room, it was somewhat clean but extremely outdated and damaged furniture throughout, for instance water damage and vinyl tape covering up damage. I could only imagine how bad the black mold would be. The outdoor space was dirty, and very uninviting and the location was not convenient

this place is quite literally full of crap. the bathroom door is cracked and doesn’t lock, we spotted a lizard as soon as we walked in, the room smelled like urine, and the lighting was too dim. aside from the fact that there was a whole dang gecko in the room, there were also ants. the beds were uncomfortable. the doors hardly provide any privacy or safety (which is much needed considering how there were crackheads walking around everywhere). don’t be fooled by the pictures, the staff here are useless and it’s completely unsanitary. don’t stay here especially if you have children, you do NOT want your child to be exposed to whatever diseases this place has. there was a hole in the roof AND THEY PUT A BAND-AID ON THE ROOF TO COVER IT UP FOR GOD SAKES. i’ve never stayed in a more disgusting place in my life. my family literally had to go and find somewhere else in cairns to stay. it wouldn’t surprise me if we had actually walked into some drug den brothel from a crime show. shame. on. you.

The most overpriced and basic hotel room I have ever stayed at. Crystal Garden Resort and restaurant. There is no restaurant. In the room a bed, bedside tables a mini table with 2 wicker chairs, a kettle and a half sized bar fridge. Even the drinking glasses were plastic kiddies cup. No toaster, no microwave, no iron or ironing board , not even a knife and fork. Very old and run down. I have been working in this area for the last 2 weeks and have stayed in 4 other hotels. This is by far the worst and most basic as well as being the most expensive. $180 for 1 night. Their. 3.5 star rating must be from years ago. 1 star at best. So glad to be going home tomorrow.

Hotel was halfway between the airport and main part of town. The staff was very helpful in arranging a very late night arrival. However, we feel a tad misled by the pictures of the establishment; it looked incredibly nice hotel with a very nice pool area. Although the room was clean, he outside was very dirty and it was more of a run-of-the-mill hotel. Decent but not great.

We were greeted friendly by Suzy and Mac. They ensured always my stay was comfy and informed me about their absolutely beautiful restaurant! If you want the best authentic experience of Taiwanese meats of all kinds seasoned to perfection, and fresh fruit and dessert to finish, the chef was lovely as well and came to personally ensure I enjoyed my meal experience. Offered a traditional chilled tea which was amaing. I can’t fault this location, they’re very holistic and approachable staff, I will definitely be back… oh and that beautiful terracotta stone blue tile pool with palm trees and lounges. thank you all ❤️❤️❤️

Am only giving it a 1 star so I can post my review. I was not happy with my stay at the hotel and I feel it being called a resort is misleading. The bathroom had mould, we did not receive any room service, the restaurant wasn’t open, the cups and water glasses were not replaced during our stay, no fresh towels provided. Hope you guys can improve because people it’s only fair for people to get their money’s worth.
