After an initial hickup which was rectified very quickly we settled in for the night. Place was extremely clean and the attitude of Judy at the desk was exemplory. For a basic motel we found the place to be a very comfortable place to spend the night. We will be back the next.time through Albury.

My husband cleaned the dirty pool and which had unsafe cracked tiles.
Rooms were clean although bed sheets were itchy.

It was a pleasant stay at Crystal fountain. Reception staff was very friendly he advise us some good restaurants to go for a dinner. I have been to many motels but they have very comfortable bed as compare to other motels. Moreover, they offer free spa and sauna at same price as compare to other motels. Highly recommended and definitely gonna book again.

Within walking distance to shops,very clean and spacious, access to outside balcony. Across the road from Harley Davidson.Dinner at the Siesta, is expensive, food was top class depending what you order.Service was excellent. Aldi, short walk, takeaway shops, short walk.

I was very disappointed with my stay here, I paid extra to stay at a hotel that had a spa and sauna.
I wouldn't waste my money at this place, the only clean thing about this hotel was the garden, the spa took me over an hour to heat up, I had to set an alarm every 10 min so I could go and turn it on again for it to heat up as the water was under 20°, I asked two staff about heating it and was left to do it myself, as I said it took over an hour and 6 or more trips to heat it enough to use it.
The entire area was dirty with my own personal towel ending up brown from the sauna as I don't think they ever clean in the area apart from run a mop over the floor.
There was a cigarette but and bits of wool on the floor in the spa area and a bottle cap on the floor in the sauna, I was the only one to use the area while I was there and all the rubbish on the for was there for more than 2 days.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are plenty of hotels in Albury/Wodonga, do yourself a favour and stay at one of them.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was good counter space for our belongings. The area was reasonably quiet. The female receptionist was friendly.
The stay was comfortable and the room suited our requirements.

It's a great value hotel. The rooms could do with a bit of a refurb, but the bed is comfortable. The shower was hot with a good pressure and the TV was good.
