I travel extensively and am often disappointed but this gem is a great find on the Gold Coast. Shower pressure amazing. Huge balcony. Good size pool. Room very well appointed. Service at check in excellent. Location quiet and great with park over the road and water views. Secure parking easy. Just a fantastic stay.

Stayed here with 3 others as we didn't want to have travel long to where we wanted to go. The room was good. I believe it should be deep cleaned after every visit as there were stains and dirt on walls. We had a lovely view of the beach/lake. We stayed for 3 nights.

My daughter just rented a new apartment here and I helped her move (obviously).
As a builder there were things I couldn't believe...such as she can not open her window more than 10mm before it hits a sliding door handle of bed 2. The bed 2 handle has no locking mechanism on the jamb side...so just slides shut. The fuse box and data box is in her wardrobe and takes up 1 half.
The rooftop pool and gym are amazing, as is the waste disposal chute.

Stayed for just over 2 and a half weeks, room was very clean, tidy and comfortable with a great view of the water. Lacation right near the beach and close to shops and restaurants with park and playground just across the road. Fantastic staff and facilities could not fault our stay, would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family

Lovely place for a holiday directly across from water with a great path for walking and running. Balcony was small but good. We had view of pool and water. Kitchen looked new. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 way bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom was fairly big and walk in shower which was important to us. I think we were on the fifth floor. The drain in bathroom overflowed but they cleaned it very quickly. (Not our fault). There were no oven trays and they got some quickly. very clean and carpet good. Everything worked. Reception very tiny but very helpful and quick. Gym equipment very good. Pool very nice and clean and had loungers. Sauna was good. Underground covered parking wasnt allocated but always found a spot. Labrador to Gold Coast was around 20 min drive. There was a little shopping centre about a 5 min drive. Enjoyed the stay. Main bedroom great view. 2nd bedroom had shutters to close (no door) and no windows so dark and twin beds. This bedroom was small but did the job. Lounge area was fine. The trip was 6 months ago in May. Weather around 21-25 deg

Stunning location, right across from the water. The views from this building are incredible (depending on your floor, of course 😉)
Facilities are a little run down overall and the building is feeling tired but it still delivers.
Pool and heated spa on the ground floor. Steam room and traditional sauna. Well equipped full gym. Bathrooms with showers for convenience afterwards but wouldn't be very convenient if it's busy.
Carpark underneath is a bit like a rabbit hole but convenient access to lifts.
Disability access to main facilities although steps up to pool, step into steam room and small doors for sauna/steam so not great for access.
