Absolutely Fantastic Experience!

The team at the Cryo Centre in Rosebery are incredibly professional and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and well looked after. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Their customer service is top-notch, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for more sessions. Highly recommend!

I usually get all of my CRYO treatments at Rosebery but when they were fully booked one day I had to go to Edgecliffe. The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Parking around the area was very difficult to find and I had to walk up a really steep hill. The cryotherapy is worth it though.

Having done years of Tony Robbins work I've heard a lot of Cyro and how it keeps the man and many others sharp and healthy. It's certainly amazing to see this being introduced to Sydney. My first encounter with Cyro (online booking) to the introduction by the wonderful Rochelle, to the change room and the actual process was top notch.
I was cold no doubt but Rochelle kept checking on me and at no time she did not allow me to in the standing chamber beyond my own comfort zone.

👌 I certainly felt a rush of adrenaline through my body the first 5mins post session. I know it's "only 3 minutes but the duration is back by medical research. I wouldn't wanna go beyond that to be honest.

As how it would affect me for my training later and the race tmr is still a question mark , but I'm feel the amazing rush of blood to my various extremities. There are lots of proven health benefits of various skin conditions, muscular or lower back pain. For me, it's all about recovery and how it can enhance my running career. I will certainly incorporate this into my training periodisation. My parting words? "I'll be back"

Cryo gives me the weekly health boost I need to manage my back pain and feel revitalised and rejuvenated. Awesome state of the art clinic (very impressive!) and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Love that the sessions are just 3 minutes but the benefits extend far far beyond that! Means I can fit a quick session in between my appointments!

LOVE Cryo!!! Great experience (I've been a few times) and I feel absolutely fantastic after my sessions. One session cured my hangover and so I didn't need the headache tablets which impressed me. Lovely, helpful staff and the place looks so high tech.
