Absolutely amazing! Found this place after an issue with another hotel (which I won’t name) . If I go to Sydney again will absolutely stay here! From the service at the front counter to the hospitality staff, the service was fabulous! The food was absolutely delicious! And the rooms were immaculate even under the bed was clean (I’ve stayed in motels before where this is not done) it shows they honestly do a in-depth clean of the rooms! Cannot fault them at all!

Spent a night here booking the Pet Package. Staff were very friendly and accommodating towards having my dog at the hotel. Room was spacious and modern with a dog bed and bowls being provided. Walking distance to the nearest grass area wasn’t too far (darling quarter) even for a 1am toilet stop. Shame there is no grass patch outside though. In-room dining was absolutely fantastic, great quality food and decent portions without being an over the top price. Parking at the hotel was convenient, although the EV charging stations cost a fair bit per KWh. Overall yes I’d consider staying here again especially if I want to be right in Darling Harbour.

This hotel is amazing rooms very clean and comfortable. |It’s also very central and although on a slight incline it’s not too much of a problem. |We actually stayed here twice in our 6wk vacation in Australia and were lucky enough to get a upgrade into a suite on our second stay ( thank you Candy)|When you check in the first thing you see is a metal bottle of water not your usual plastic bottle, that’s because on each floor there’s a water fountain for you to refill your bottle great idea. |As some people have mentioned the breakfast arrangement is a little different to what you might expect, as in you order a hot breakfast then if you require anything else it’s a continental breakfast, that’s actually all in the breakfast area. |The hot breakfast has a good choice but sadly one day I did have to return my bacon as it wasn’t cooked very well, but brought back just to my liking.

Had an exceptional stay at the Crowne Plaza and cannot commend the hotel enough for their utmost hospitality and professionalism.

We were staying in Sydney as part of our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room had been upgraded and entered into a fabulous room only to find a handwritten card, bottle of champagne on ice, and box of chocolates as a congratulations. A few days later, we returned from a day out to find another card and a fruit platter to welcome us back!

The breakfast buffet was part of our room package and it was absolutely exceptional! It is a must to include this in your stay, you won't regret it!!

Overall, the service and hotel features were super and it is located within walking distance to all major transport and key parts of town. We will most definitely be staying here again when we return back to Sydney for another holiday.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel location is good for walking and Town Hall train and light rail services but, it’s located on the intersection of Bathurst Street and Sussex Street which is busy and noisy. It’s a short walk to Darling Harbour but not on the harbour. We requested a high floor room and were assigned level 5 out of 8. There was so much road noise at night we didn’t sleep well at all. Lots of noisy motorbikes and rev heads using the road as a racetrack at night. Maybe the soundproofing of windows needs to be reviewed?|The room is nicely decorated, but the hotel is a little tired. Amenties are great. |The included breakfast is great as is the tech on the TV in the room which allows you to cast streaming services. |Unfortunately, due to the road noise and lack of sleep, I wouldn’t stay again. If noise doesn’t bother you it’s fine.

Wonderful stay in the city! Staff are so helpful. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The pillows and beds also supremely comfortable! Best nights sleep in a hotel. Great location so close to Darling Harbour, QVB, Barangaroo, IMAX and Chinatown. Can’t recommend this little hotel enough.

Great location and convenient. Breakfast is amazing. Everything is close by and the rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. Love the water filling stations outside the lift area. Staff super friendly and easy to deal with. Will surely come back

I stayed here for a week to attend a conference at ICC. Location of the hotel was perfect. Rooms are newly renovated which made my stay nice and comfortable and despite being in the centre of the city, noise pollution was minimal and quiet. Service and Staff were really pleasant and helpful and Bar88 was a nice spot to wind down with a cocktail after a busy day. 10/10 recommend.
