Room is luxurious but expected because of the premium price. Very happy with the views too!
Check in was quick and easy. Nice touch to include champagne BUT it took 3 phone calls after waiting for more than 1 hour from the first call to receive the champagne. That's the reason for the 1 star rating in service.
Hope they'll improve as the potential for 4-5 stars rating is there

I will start with this hotel has the wow factor to be amazing ! Location and structure of the building really is the BEST Sydney has to offer .

The disappointment is the lack of customer service.
Upon checking in our room was not ready till 4pm as a 3pm guarantee check in you could understand the frustration also being my husbands birthday .

We called the bell desk numerous times and 45 min later we resulted in us physically walking down and getting our own bags .

Breakfast was good . upon arriving we stood there until someone approached us 2 minutes later it was uncomfortably awkard as you have to be seated. I asked for a straw to be told we don’t have straws , to my surprise I found a container filled near the entrance . Again it’s the lack of customer service. Staff looked sad .

In conclusion the amount your paying per night does not reflect the service you will receive it’s unfortunate because the crown has the luxury factor it just needs trained staff .

Crown's facilities are quite good without doubt. But there's room for service to be improved. We booked a deluxe bridge view suite And found no hair dryer when we checked in. We called front desk and wait for a long time for the hairdryer. Next day we left our room around 2pm and got back around 5pm, we turned "room service" lights on but still haven't got our room cleaned. We called room Service asking them if they could send someone to change towels. We waited another 2.5 hrs finally had someone come to do the house keeping. Room service team also needs further training, they always forget something like replenish consumed drinks or milk in minibar or forget to replace all used towels. Compares to service in Park Hyatt, crown still has a long way to go. Feels like they are short of staff or something. A six-star hotel's service souldn't be like this.

Truly a 5 star and a luxurious feeling every time we stayed here.
The rooms are modern, spacious and immaculate. Every time we stay we have booked the Opera tower suite and it offers great views of the Opera house and the harbour bridge.
After a very comfortable sleep you can treat yourself to breakfast at the Epicurean. Don’t forget to take a look at the grand staircase and the glistening chandelier just to the opposite side form the Epicurean.
Unfortunately it was cold weather and we didn’t get to use in the pool during any of our stays yet. The views are amazing and the pool area is stunning. So don’t forget to pack your swimmers. ?
We have received excellent service every time we stayed at Crown. The crew is friendly and professional.
If you want to dine at the Towers, I highly recommend the Amare restaurant which offers an exceptional dining experience.

The service here is like a 3 star hotel. Unfortunate, as the build quality and location are amazing. It is telling that management either has a low budget, or it is poorly run.

Examples - We were promised a box of chocolate on arrival for our room, and despite calling 3 times, it never arrived. There was limited linen in the room, and no stationary. No basic toiletries like tooth brushes etc.
A couple who we met at the pool were there for their wedding, and their room didn’t even get made up one day, nor did they receive anything special.
The pool had rubbish in it and all the glass was dirty. Pool service was lacking if non-existent. There is no adults only area.
Breakfast had a limit on how long you could stay there, and the staff were not helpful

We have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts globally, and unfortunately the Crown Sydney is not worth the money from a service point of view.

Beautiful hotel with a spectacular view looking over the harbour. Was situated on level 21, in the Harbour Bridge Twin Room (2 queen beds suitable for 4 people). Pool was also set at a good temperature, considering it was a colder day. My main complaint was that one of the cold taps in the room was loose, so was difficult to turn it on. It was also quite dusty in the room.

From the moment we drove in Murray at valet welcomed us with such great energy he is a star! Followed by Bikishah at front desk who was so wonderful! Her warm welcome made all the difference in our stay. The initial first points of contact at hotels usually set the tone for the remainder of your stay. These 2 staff were amazing! A service I haven’t experienced in years at any hotel even internationally speaking. Well done to Crown for having such great staff. Thank you Murray and especially Bikishah!
