It was 10/10 from start to finish. I booked mid week so it was nice and quiet. The aqua retreat was lovely, the 90 minute massage was bliss. Clare was an awesome therapist. The facility were clean and well stocked. There was no rush to move you on. I was in there approx 4 hours from start to finish and it was wonderful. I’ll definitely return.

From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a serene atmosphere and the warmest staff. facilities are top-notch, but what truly stands out is its genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. We went there for our anniversary and we booked a private couple suit in which you have mesmerizing harbor view.
You can feel the luxurious from the beginning.
If you booked specific treatments you will have an access to the aquatic center and complementary 4 hours parking.
There is no doubt for me that I want to be their loyal customer as long as they keep their quality. I am very happy that we have this place in Sydney.

My first time and the WORST experience. The massage people kept rushing us from the beginning and we were on time. We went in the couple room, it was so nice. But they just kept on rushing us. The massage itself was not worth it, just a standard one that you can get anywhere. They didn’t tell us we could take a shower in the showers outside after the massage, so I took one in the room. They literally rolled their eyes and yelled at me. I did not pay this much to get yelled at, they could have said nicely that we can take a shower outside. The guy with dark hair at the tea and fruit station told my mum to “excuse me. I need to get tea for the other lady.” But so cold and rudely like we were doing something wrong. I have loved in Sydney my whole life, so I thought I would take my mum somewhere nice. I was so wrong about this place. I had the worst time and would never recommend this spa to anyone.

Amazing experience!! Gorgeous facilities, relaxing experience and great service. Facilities were clean and tidy and staff were friendly and accommodating. Free 4 hour valet parking made the experience even better.

A fantastic couples massages performed by Parin and Polly in a very nice couples room. They were professional, super friendly and gave a very good massage.

Extremely disappointed. From the moment we walked in it was disappointing. Upon arrival they handed us tea- to be safe I asked what was in it as I am allergic to mint (put this on the intake form) and sure enough it was mint. Was not offered another beverage. The place is small which is fine but they booked so many people you couldn’t go into the infrared sauna. The steam room was also not working properly as it kept shutting off and getting cold. There were no hooks to put your robes when wanting to go into the spa so if someone was on the day beds you would have to put the robe on the floor which means it would get wet. There was no disposable underwear offered. After the facial we went in to the relaxing room which wasn’t relaxing as they had no room for us to sit down (there was only 3 seats and other guests were on them). When leaving the reception smelled of cigarettes so bad it made us nauseous. Overall a really disappointing experience especially for a place like the crown.

If you want an amazing spa experience come here!

The Crown Spa offers luxurious facials, massages, pampering and relaxing experiences. They use La Prairie products for the facials and they are oh so decadent!

They also offer a state of the art relaxation room inclusive of an infrared sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and a turbo jet shower.

The ammenities are fantastic with this tranquil area split into male and female only areas that allow you to relax without your partner annoying you too much!

I highly recommend this spa!

Only recommendation is that you need to book in advanced! ?
