The room had not been cleaned for a long time so it was a pleasant surprise to have fresh clean linen. The broken security latch on the door facing the river prevented leaving it open for air so tried to sleep without using the ac; room was so stuffy that had to use ac but it kept turning off and on noisily every 3-5 minutes all night.|People speaking outside the room several times during the night made for one of the worst hotel stays of my long life.|I tried to phone the owner before doing this review, left a message but no returned call.|Such a great location poorly serviced. Pity as it has so much promise.

Came for the first time for the bridge to bridge weekend. What an absolutely beautiful spot and the pub is amazing location. Food 10 out 10. The service awesome. Room perfect for a few days stay. Great ski racing community and vibe. Hope to be back next year with more boats. This pub rocks!! Also noticed. Very pet friendly fyi. For pet owners.

What a lovely place , we had lunch on the veranda lovely blankets and heaters
The view even on a rainy day amazing.
Super food , large portions , fast service
And to top it of :
Dog friendly in the outdoor areas
Hence photos

Wonderful big pub with great views over the river.. Our meals were big, fresh, delicious and good vslue. So good we went two days in a row. Also dog friendly.

Paid for steak, chips & salad, ordered mash & veg for sides with mushroom gravy an extra $15 on top. The sides were put on the plate with the steak but no chips and salad to be seen. Gravy was disgusting and who puts chilli powder on corn cobs? Been there 3 times now, always disappointed, never go back. Clocktower 100% better.

Excellent location, great meals, good service, allowed us to put our adventure bikes under cover and locked away after the venue was closed. Rooms are functional with water views.
