The Crossroads Hotel had exquisite service, and great hospitality in allowing our company to utilise Pavilion one to host our event with no issues whatsoever. $15 for a pizza on a Wednesday night is sensational! absolutely terrific and just suited everyone well that night. We highly recommend it ! Go for it!

We usually have a great time at the restaurant. One of the bartenders, instead of letting me know nicely that my underage daughter could not be at the bar, even with an adult, (which has never been a problem before) she was instead very aggressive, and immediately started questioning my teenage daughter for an ID even though we were only buying a jar of soft drink. The reaction was not necessary, and it was during plain daytime. Really disappointed with the change in service.

Whatever you have done to the new chicken caesar salad, DO NOT CHANGE IT! It was bloody amazing, so SAVOURY and not sweet & tangy like other places. Chicken was real moist too. Just wow! Thank you!

Dinner was phenomenal, the food was fantastic and service was speedy & friendly. The T-Bone steak was cooked perfectly with a superbly matched jus, and the garlic mash was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t recommend more highly, compliments to the chef & his team!

Our first impression was that no one really cares. Then when we interacted with the staff, our first impression was spot on. Rude, disinterested and unhelpful service. We were flabbergasted at the extremely poor service. It was really, really bad. We will NEVER return for this reason. The food was fairly good, hence the two stars. Both stars were for the food. The service deserves minus 4.

Had lunch at the Crossroads Hotel today and ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and Chili Con Carne Nachos. Both dishes were flavorful, with decent portions that didn’t disappoint. However, the Parmigiana was slightly burnt on the edges, which was a bit of a letdown. On top of that, the Sunday surcharge felt a bit steep.

I'll be brief and honest about the food, for what you pay for Vs quality is not so great, burger I ordered had little taste also not a big serving by any means. I had a much better burger from a food truck. Nice place nice environment but the food for me was below par.

We didn't stay but had lunch here. Spacious, bright and clean place. Kids/pram friendly.
We tried chilli corn carne and fish and chips , both are good.
Chips are hot and fresh/crispy. Probably the best fish and chips we had. The tartare sauce tastes really light and tangy. Better fish and chips than the beach side stores..
A nice quick stop before or after heading to do grocery.
