We recently had the pleasure of hosting our 140 people wedding and reception at Cropley House in April.

My husband and I were so pleased with how our day went as well as the support and communication we had with the Team (despite a rocky start with 2 event coordinators leaving/moving on during our planning process).

Sales Manger Alicia, The Venues Collection Project Manager Janaki as well as our contact for the day/night event manager Jasmine did what they could to help us ensure all our planning and wishes for the day were able to be accommodated.

Our event manager for the day Jasmine, especially went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly, even spending time with me a few days before hand to go over our timeline and iron out some things to make sure the reception went well.(not to mention her help in making sure I got down the aisle ok by helping with my dress and veil).

We had perfect weather on day and everything from the tables in our reception space to the Tree ceremony area, and even the post ceremony food stations, every single thing we needed set up for the day was done with care.

We could not fault the service from all the waitstaff, the food was amazing and all our guest had a great time celebrating our special day.

A great venue if you are looking for a place with plenty of parking, wet weather options and reception rooms which have an old school style with all the touches of a flashy venue at a price point that won’t hurt your budget too (I loved the chandeliers, beautiful linen and tables in our reception room as well as the lovely gardens).

Here’s hoping this post can help any future couples with their decision making.

I had my wedding at Cropley House on July 1st this year.
The staff at Cropley were so helpful and accommodating as I bombarded them with thousands of questions and it was such a wonderful night. Three hectic months of planning and one interstate drive to meet then fiancé and family in Sydney led to a beautiful and magical night. I still cannot believe that with their help we pulled off such a feat in the small window of time. A special shout out to Olivia and Jasmine who were there on the night to calm my nerves and reassure me that everything was perfect.
All the guests loved the food and the wine selection. The dance floor was alive and crowded for most of the night and funnily enough the run sheet draft that Cropley provided (and after some adjustments here and there) was commented on as well.
I cannot sing their praises enough.

Cropley House venue was a perfect place to celebrate our Wedding.
Our guests’ feedback regarding the food was great and all were delicious from the canapes, entrée to mains and desserts. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They all made sure that all our guests were looked after.
The venue was perfect for our wedding ceremony at View Room 1 and reception at Elizabeth room. Big thanks to Keziah the Events Executive who helped us coordinate with all the things needed from day one till our special day and sudden changes was accepted without any hesitations and communications was easy. Most of what has been discussed and written on the order of the day was followed thru.
Overall, it was a perfect day, and our wedding was memorable for our guests here locally and overseas. Very happy with the outcome and we would recommend Cropley House

Alicia was very helpful coordinating with us with everything, from the food, decorations, and room arrangements from start to finish.
The catering services are excellent. The desserts are perfect to the palate.

We booked Cropley House at Baulkham Hills for our wedding of 120 guests after looking for a high-value, reasonably-priced venue in Sydney. We were immediately impressed by the supreme competence of Ashley and her sales staff! We made an appointment with Olivia the Sales Coordinator who knew every detail of the venue and how we could best structure the package to fit our vision. It’s really hard to imagine that you could get a better deal for your money anywhere else in Sydney. When our event representative Olivia left the company a couple of months before our wedding, we were a bit concerned that there would be a drop-off. However, Tiana took over and did a fantastic job making sure every detail happened according to plan including arranging the DJ/ MC for us. Even though we had Alicia and Jasmine helping Tiana and ensuring that no question was left unanswered! Needless to say, Ashley was always available to finetune things if needed! As for our Wedding Coordinator on the night, Jasmine she was superb, professional and well organised. , in a nutshell, she ran the event flawlessly.
The bottom line is, that on the day of your event, Cropley House shows up and executes flawlessly, from the décor to the food, to the entertainment and the event management. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our guests about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had. Can’t thank the team from Cropley House enough! Keep up the good job.

Thank you Yara for helping us as our previous coordinator had left a month before our wedding. Yara took over and did a fantastic job. She never overpromised but over delivered 🙂

went to a wedding here and it was amazing. i had an exceptional experience, the staff were very happy and pleasant. food was amazing, there is plenty of parking and not to mention the venue was very clean and tidy. would recommend this place for any future events
