My only complaint would be the inside noise. the coffee machine was noisy and with a lot of people inside all chatting made it a bit annoying. Better off outside. Photo is of the Bread and butter pudding. Great with the warm cream. The coffee was excellent as well.

Visited for the first time today for brunch after seeing recommendations for it on a local group.
Easy to locate and in a building with its own carpark.
The first sight you see is an amazing window of delectable desserts and the welcoming waiter.
We sat outside, in a sheltered area with the shades down. Our food and the food of the other patrons at the other tables were uniformly gorgeous.
My dining partner had the chef special of grilled asparagus and halloumi, topped with poached eggs and prosciutto.
I had bruschetta with smashed avocado on ciabatta, topped with poached eggs and crispy bacon.
Both our meals were so fantastic we decided to go for dessert.
The lemon meringue pie was huge and the meringue was wonderful. The bread pudding had sultanas and was not overly sweet. It was spiced deliciously with cinnamon and served warm.
We both had a wonderful experience between the food, environment, ambience and service. Definitely returning and a huge recommend!

We went in for a takeaway coffee. The coffee was nice but there was a really weird vibe in that place.
There was two girls in aprons standing looking over the empty tables. They didn't seem to be doing anything and didn't greet us. Just stood a bit zombie like. I assume they had been told to stand there. The women behind the counter was very stern and not friendly.
Pastries looked okay, but were expensive so we didn't order any.
I wouldn't go back.

I have been here a number of times and always tried to engage in positive conversation with the lady making coffee. It is hard work sadly she is incredibly abrupt and does not see she is offensive and rude. If someone does not like people they should not be in a people facing role. Would not recommend. Unfriendly service. Don't go.

We had a really enjoyable high tea to celebrate my retirement after 40+ years of teaching. A wonderful experience. Thank you- beautiful setting, food and service.

My friend and I had morning tea here every week for many years. I’d had a few reactions to their ‘supposed’ gluten free options, which they denied was from their food each without any sign of an apology.

The final straw was when we sold mouldy pastry which they also denied was mouldy.
See photos below. She tried to say it was a reaction from the pastry from the hot caramel.

She refunded the money with a bad attitude.
She threw the pastry angrily into the bin.

I love this little Cafe always really tasty food and excellent service I have been many, many times it is walking distance up the road from my house. Prices are what you would expect to pay and for what you get represents excellent value for money. I often meet friends there and they will allow individual bills at the one table which is really convenient when meeting friends. You can sit inside or outside and I most often sit inside I love the Cafe atmosphere and the music 🎶 last Thursday was very relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely keep going and BTW their coffee is delicious.

It such a shame that all your responses are defensive - I know who you are? Is very threatening, I think a little self-reflection would go a long way to getting more positive outcomes - you get what you reflect. My daughter loves the fresh pastries and that is why I have tried to return again and again. We will not return.
