We had a wonderful time staying in the one bedroom Soldier Crab Cottage, and so did our dogs! We really appreciate being able to bring our furry kids with us on holidays. The thought that has gone into the design of the cottages to be dog-friendly is so evident and it made being away from home with our furry ones so easy. So great to be just across the road from a park and the off-leash dog beach. Lovely and quiet location yet still close to all the amenities that you could need. Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay, we stayed in soldier crab the one bedroom cabin, it was spacious, great shower, great amenities, pretty good king sized bed. The place was quiet with no street noise. It is about a 5 minute drive to the esplanade, so not in the heart of the action but still easily accessible. I would stay here again next visit to Hervey Bay. Easy walk to the boat club and cafes in the harbour. You could even cross the road to try your hand at fishing along the beach.

We have stayed at Crab Cottages 3 times and absolutely love it. The cottages are all very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It really is the perfect pet friendly accommodation, lovely deck, separate grassed area for each cottage, across the road from the dog beach and easy walking distance to the Marina precinct for great cafes. About a 25min walk or quick drive down to the Pier and main St of Urangun.
Nikki and the onsite managers are wonderful to deal with. We are already looking forward to our next visit

Stayed in the mud crab cottage for our honey moon. Amazing house, super comfy bed and all the facilities you could ever need. Nikki was great to deal with upon check in.
