Rooms are small & unclean. I asked for a refund as soon as I stepped in the room, only to be told they do not have the facilities to refund. I had to ask the manager for fresh sheets as the sheets on the bed had not been changed- there was blood spots and hair all over the sheets, she handed me sheets and I had to remake the bed as the cleaning staff were not there- didn’t offer to swap rooms or make the bed for me.
The fridge is barely cold, the shower does not produce water until 1-3 mins after turning on the taps. The windows are very thin and curtains were broken.
I will definitely not be staying in the motel again.

We paid $130 a night, and it was the cheapest price we saw in cowra.
For the price, it was good. We had some loud people in other rooms and we could hear them but thankfully, it was peaceful when they weren't there. The shower is hot. Toast, vegemite, jam spreads, and milk are available in the fridge. Bed wad reasonably comfortable. The room was clean except for a few ants crawling on the desk but easily cleaned up by us. Parking out front of room and a stones throw away from the best Thai food in town.

Nice clean room. You get what you pay for. Simple but good service. Parking a bit tight. Great place to stop for an overnight. Comfy beds.

Not a bad place, you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable enough definitely better than some other places I've stayed. Probably only quarrel is the noise factor. The windows are thin and window in the bathroom has open mesh obviously for ventilation but makes it very noisy with the road noise and neighbour noise. Everything quiets down around 10.30pm.
Shower was great good heat and water pressure. Room was clean. Nice amount of breakfast food provided. Also only other thing was ants and mossies when we wokeup there were a bunch around the room.

Other than that it's definitely a good place for a stop on a roadtrip. Better than alot of other places.

Filthy refrigerator, dirty window sills complete with spiderwebs and dead flies, dirty bathroom. Being cheap we expected it to be basic but there's no excuse for this. Simply laziness and a shameful disregard for and lack of respect for their guests.

From the photos on the motel’s website, there appear to be varying standards of rooms. On our visit we were allocated a room at the lower end of the range. We found it had not been cleaned thoroughly and when we approached the manager we were given another although the quality was only a little better. The rooms appear to be partially refurbished but there were elements of cleaning that should never be excused. One example in both rooms we experienced was that the air conditioners had not been cleaned as both emitted a terrible odour when used. On a more positive note the bedding was good and the shower had good pressure and hot water. A small continental breakfast was supplied although we were unsure as to how long it had been left in the room as the plastic wrapped bread was not fresh. Car parking can be a little tight if you want to be close to your room. |Overall, a disappointing booking. Motels can be old but they can be presented in better condition than this motel given that the pricing is only just below much better establishments.

Photos were very deceiving. Room was full of ants, dirty, fridge still had food from previous guests and pillowcases were still damp. Luckily we were only stopping here for a quick sleep on a road trip, but spend the extra money to get anything better than this

Found the very dated and not the cleanest. Rooms were small as well, queen bed up against the wall. Also no were to sit except on the bed. Found a motel around the corner for $20 more spotless modern and comfortable
