Booked before arriving. Nobody was there. Phone number of the motel didnt Work, Text Messages were Not answered. Couldnt Check in and almost Had to sleep in the car...

This is the worst motel we have stayed in especially for the cost. The floors were dirty as was the shower and toilet - our towels were damp - and it was the smallest room out. We had booked a queen bed and single and we ended up with a double. The photos of the outside are definitely not a true representation . We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one - proffering to cut short our visit to the Hot Springs and head in to St George .|Soo disappointed and angry about the false information and photos too.

Booked a room 11/10/24 unfortunately aircon only blew hot air so advised reception and changed rooms only to find same problem.Both remote controls had flat batteries.The receptionist said i could put the fan on but that wasn't going to cut it.I put up with non functioning aircon in the last two motels so wasn't going to suffer the same situation again so asked for a refund and moved to other accomodation.Boss man not there so I have to wait for a refund

Last time I stayed here I would have given it a 4 star review but after this visit I’m giving it 2 stars as the rooms seemed to be dirty, sheets and bedding was not washed just seem to be remade and the milk in the fridge was open from the last customer. The only thing I noticed was that the bathroom sink had been wiped and the towels replaced nothing else. Very poor when it comes to the rooms being serviced after a customer has stayed there. Otherwise nice aircon and good lighting when turned on (no bed lamps though).
Just to say and add we were in room 4 where all these things were issues.

Rooms were clean and well maintained with good air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Has everything you need to stay a few days (kettle, fridge, microwave etc). Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating of a late check-in.

I stayed for three nights for work. The room was very clean and comfortable, the air con was cool and quiet. The grounds were lovely and the motel is a very quick walk to the main street. I also found that the hosts were very thoughtful and welcoming. Thanks Emily and family for your hospitality.

Unless your going to stay at the Country Way Motor Inn. From the moment I called, I knew I had picked the right place for us to stay. Emily meet us on arrive and was very friendly. We met the cleaner who was just as friendly and had great tips on where to go and what to see with the kids. |The rooms were clean and tidy. Thehe beds oh wow even the children comment on how comfortable they were. The bathroom is narrow, but very do able and the shower once you get the water temp right it's a nice relaxing flow. |To end the day(or anytime)you can sit on the veranda with a hot or cold drink just watching the world go by. Only a short walk to town.
