Very friendly and helpful staff.
They offer pool sample testing free of charge. Prices for pool accessories and maintenance items are quite expensive tho. I am prepared to support local business, but with prices sometimes almost double the price than somewhere else, it's a bit difficult for me.

Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you! I was looking for mattress toppers for my caravan beds, staff recommended a product to me and it is AMAZING! It really does feel like sleeping on a cloud. And they cut a regular Q size down to custom fit my caravan singles. Great service, great products. (Memory foam mattress topper)

Always helpful and honest when testing your pool water, can wait or call back, prices for chemicals and salt are reasonable, you need to trust people so that you are not buying products unnecessary for your pool, the people I've dealt with, I trust
