This is a great hotel and I would usually rate higher. We stay here regularly. The staff were very welcoming, room was clean, great shower, good pillows.|Restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast and they will do room service if required. Food is good though not revolutionary, but prices are very reasonable as are the drinks. Service OK.|The airport shuttle is a real bonus.|HOWEVER........ be careful how you make your reservation. I thought I was on line dealing direct with the hotel, but on arrival I verified that in fact I had been booked through Booking.com. All the paperwork I received looked to me that I was dealing directly with the hotel. Apparently Booking.com uses several subsidiaries all under the Booking.com banner.|I had booked a room for $239.05 ........ I checked my bank account just before I left home and found I had been charged $350.42. The difference of $111.37 was listed as "Tax recovery charges and service fees " I have never had this before. Of course by then I could not cancel being less than 24 hours before we arrived.|I phoned the hotel immediately to check ( remember I was still under the impression I was dealing direct with the hotel ) and was told that because I had booked through Booking.com I had to take it up with them - so I ended up paying $350 for a $239 room.|If you are going to book this hotel phone them direct 08 9478 0888 and deal with them personally.

This was my third stay at Country Comfort this year, and once again, it was flawless. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming especially at the Firehouse Restaurant, where the food is always delicious. ||My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, just as I’ve come to expect. Little touches like reliable Wi-Fi, quiet atmosphere, and convenient workspace make it ideal for business trips. ||My favourite rooms are the ones facing Albany highway, the sunny outlook fills the room with bright natural light||After trying a few other hotels in Perth, I can confidently say this is now my top choice. Looking forward to my next stay!

We really enjoyed staying here two nights, it wasn’t very loud or noisy at night and we really enjoyed the pool!! We would have appreciated two pillows each and if the tea/coffee and milk could be replenished daily. The room was nice and clean and got cleaned and beds made the next day! We appreciated the 24hr check in which was very convenient but would have appreciated two swipe cards given to us at check in. We would definitely come back to make use of the pool again and try the breakfast room service which looked like a fun experience!

Fuss free and convenient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, my son loved the pool area. Room service breakfast was very easy to order and also very tasty and generous! All the staff were very friendly. Also loved that parking was easy and no extra charge, would stay here again.

This hotel perfectly suited our needs. Everything from the quick and efficient free pickup from the airport ... to the dark/quiet/interconected family rooms for a sound sleep after a long flight .... to the handy buffet breakfast before a days sight seeing .... to the lobby shop for the inevitable items we forgot .... to the handy location right near major freeway intersections to get where we needed to go without trouble .... to the free and plentiful car parking.....everything seemed designed to make our life easy without fuss. Stayed at Country Comfort Perth for a short trip. The location is convenient, especially for those needing easy access to the airport. The rooms were clean and had the basic amenities, though they felt a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus.On the downside, the property could use some upgrades, and noise from nearby traffic was noticeable at times. Would consider staying again for the convenience, but there might be better options depending on your budget.

I’ve stayed a few times for work.

To be honest, the rooms don’t feel very clean. Most of the rooms are run down and in need of repair with holes or very obvious damage. See photo for example

Noisey rooms. Specifically lots of road noise and doors slamming/foot traffic especially on the ground floor.

One positive is the free airport shuttle.

Room: some long black hairs and someone’s antibiotics that the cleaner had missed. Discovered a lot of gross dust behind the TV in the efforts to use it and chromecast not working as it should which is maybe a ploy to buy the movie package. |Also my toilet doesn’t flush till you pump the flusher then the toilet doesn’t stop running. This was immediate so surely the cleaner should have noticed and had it fixed? It’s giving a fail on cleaner attention. |It’s a weird setup with a sliding partition which means you can’t open the fridge and crockery drawer at the same time. ||Bar/restaurant: Ideal, except closed for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Wish I had noticed that before I booked. I was teased with pool service and it doesn’t apply.|However when open the staff were fab and food was nice with a great selection of drinks. |Unfortunately the bar closes at 9 when the restaurant does even at weekends. I recommend if you like a drink you BYOB.||Reception: all good, attentive staff, all queries answered. ||Pool: really nice and plenty of loungers. However the spa which is meant for adults was constantly full of kids being there was no one to tell them it was meant for adults and I therefore couldn’t use it. ||Sounds like a bit of a crappy review but all in all it’s not too bad and I think I would come again when kids are at school!
