Stayed for 5 nights with the family, as soon as we entered the room it has a very musky smell. TV was too small despite having a great channel selection. We had to go buy some glen20 and new pillows and a blanket as they were quite old and flat. Even had to buy a toaster and a new kettle. As for amenities the pool wasn’t heated and the spa didn’t work. There was no bbq which was advertised. The bathroom was just renovated so that was nice. Overall the place needs modernising so I probably won’t go back anytime soon.

The motel is located on the edge of an industrial area, on the corner of two major roads and next-door to a shopping complex.

The actual building and grounds could do with some work, there were some hairline cracks running up the wall and across roof of the bathroom in our room (looked structural), weeds growing in the gutters and just generally feeling a bit tired and needs some building maintenance done.

The room was clean, the AC was only just managing to keep up with the 40 degree heat. The staff were friendly and I think the rate was reasonable for the room - I'd stay here again from a convenience point of view if I was working nearby, but otherwise there might be some nicer areas to stay.

Not a bad hotel.
Got some mixed reviews but for me, just travelling for work and wanting a comfy bed, a bathroom and room service, this place suits the bill.
Just down the road is a servo for food and opposite is a shopping complex.
Room service meals were above average and reasonably priced.

Room is super basic, but clean. Wifi cut out at 8pm, never to return. No restaurant, but very expensive room service menu with limited choices for non meat-eaters (meat allergy). When I was checking in, front-of-house staff were not empathetic to my situation and were impatient. Very difficult to find using gps. Blink, and you'll miss the turn off. Situated on a corner of 2 major roads, bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Stayed at this hotel during our trip to Adelaide. ||||Parking facilities are a bit cramped, but otherwise reasonable. The reception is reasonably responsive and friendly. The day we checked in, the clerk had bad breath, but we won't hold that against her. ||||She was courteous and happy to answer questions. She did forget to give us wi-fi details and I went back later to get them. Must've been a busy week.||||Our room was well located as per my booking request and was set up very well. Cleanliness and hygiene were first class and what was included with the room was pretty good.||||One thing I did find surprising and a notch annoying was that although the rooms were non-smoking, ashtrays were set up along the corridors. One ashtray was near our door, and our eyes filled with tears as the acrid smoke from someone smoking next to our door wafted in...||||I did go out and suggest to the smoker that it would be nice to not smoke near someone's door, and he did oblige. So that was that.||||The in-house pool looked nice, but we were out most of the days and it was too cold during the evenings for a swim. ||||The in-house restaurant menu looked ok, but we never got around to trying it -- besides, during our stay the chef caught COVID-19 and services were paused. We wished chef and all the staff a safe period ahead.||||Overall this hotel is good value for money, and the location is decent. There is a shopping area with cafes within 5 minutes drive, parking is good, wi-fi is decent, room services are nice, linen is great, hygiene is top notch and the management seemed quite helpful while we were there. ||||I'm glad we chose this place for our Adelaide trip -- I've been to various other Ibis hotels on many occasions, and they're usually good.

Overall it was a good stay,my room was old and dated admittedly but in good condition and very clean. I booked it last minute. As a truck driver I was happy with a bed and be able to stretch out for 2 days but the little things around the place annoyed me the longer i was there. The television didn't pick up a channel and was about 20 years old. The fridge didn't work so my food defrosted, The guest laundry was out of order so I couldn't wash my clothes, the pool was clean but had a padlock on the gate, as it was nice weather I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy it. Same with the restaurant, was closed so you could have a meal but confined to your room. I Had dinner in my room one night and the food was delicious so compliments to the chef there,as well as the girl on reception.very polite and professional. Would I stay there again? No probably not there was to much left me frustrated to go back. And to make matters worse it doesn't seem like I can even get points for staying there.

Booked here because we are Accor gold members. A mistake. Room was ordinary and the pillowcases on our bed were not even ironed. I asked for our free drink and we're told 'We don't do that here'. Not in keeping with the usual Accor standard. This property needs a renovation. |The plus was that the room was a reasonable size and it was in a good location to travel to the city on public transport.

staff on check in were nice, room was clean and spacious. ||The TV didn't work, but it was too late to anything about it at the time. Next morning I played around with it and tried a different power point and it worked.||The airconditioner didn't work at all.||The bathroom sink faucet wobbled around and there was no hairdryer!! I don't take one with me, have never stayed in a hotel without one in about 30 years. ||The bed was like a concrete slab, so hard. A feedback page was left for me to fill out, which I did. . I left it with my key in the drop box. I hope they read it.
