What a lovely place to stay. The room is very comfy and large enough for 2 people. Judi has made us feel so welcome and her bakery treats are just divine. Even the little chocolates on the pillow was sweet. Location is great for day trips around the local area. Very much highly recommended.

The most pleasant B&B in Franklin. The little treats for breakfast and morning tea were plentiful and delicious. room was very comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to lovely little restaurants

Our family stayed with judi on a cold May night. The house was lovely and warm. Judi welcoming and plenty close enough to walk to. It's a great location to see all the Huon valley has to offer. Loved the books and great games. The lady Franklin Hotel just up the road had the best winter fare to eat in front of fire and there is a great gallery and hot coffee just across road. Thanks judi.

Comfortable nights sleep.
Shower was hot and good pressure.

Sheets stained. But did appear clean.
Shampoo and conditioner were not what was on the bottle. I regretted washing my hair.
Bed is a fold out one and a bit creaky.
Mirror was filthy.
There is no 24/7 front desk.
The rooms were advertised as adults only and soundproof. They are definitely not sound proof and we could hear rustling bags and movement in the next room VERY easily. No adult fun times were going to be had with that proximity. We half expected a spy hole in the wall.
I'm also not sure the fold out bed would have withstood that anyway. But the mattress was surprisingly comfortable.

A lovely, helpful owner. Very clean and welcoming. I loved the relaxed atmosphere of Franklin. It was like a home away from home after a busy work day. The bed was very comfortable. As it was hot the air conditioning was a welcome relief. I was able to cook myself or pop next door or across or a short walk up the road to a yummy evening meal. Will definitely stay again.

Came down for a friend's wedding in Judbury. The BnB was lovely, spacious room, delicious breakfast, and a wonderful host. Easily accessible from Hobart (around 45 min drive through Huon Valley). Thanks for a lovely stay! |

We stayed in Judi's B&B for 1 night during our stay in Tassie. The room is big enough and the kitchen can be accessed for making tea/coffee etc. She is a very good host. Just a tip, she's not an early riser :-). Thanks Judi.

Cottage convenient and well appointed. Unfortunately previous guests had left uneaten hash brown in oven and greasy alfoil so a bit off putting . This was the dearest place we stayed during 7 night holiday so expected more.
