I’d like to share my experience with Coolangatta cosmetic centre. I recently completed a series of laser treatment with Lauren. I’m so happy with the results. The treatment removed the redness in my face that highlighted a large scar. Lauren was able to reduce the redness in turn smoothing the scar and not making it so noticeable. If you have any problems on your face that you’d like to fix, go see Lauren, she is such a lovely person who will help you.

I love this place! I went in on a whim, met Sanjay and learnt a lot. Lauren then did my treatments which included laser pigmentation on my face & sunspot removal. Loved it so much I went back the next day to have veins lasers and the next day for laser hair removal. I have never had any of these before but it felt so safe and I feel fresh

Spent approx $900 just to have my skin unbelievably worse than it was before and now be scarred for life 🙁 I messaged and sent in a pic to see if they could help assist with some pigmentation around my mouth which they were very certain they could fix, I didn’t have pigmentation anywhere else, only a couple tiny beauty spots but the lady said they would do the whole face anyway, first session I instantly swelled up badly around my mouth as they had used the wrong setting apparently for the type of pigmentation, the doctor was angry at the nurse and said he told her to use the other setting for that area. They gave me an antihistamine and sent me on my way telling me it would go away but in the coming days it was very clear how serious this mistake was. My pigmentation was turned into two very dark and clear lines right the way down the corner of my mouth to my chin. This did not go away so they promised to correct it for free - THEY DID NOT. They charged me again after my second appointment which I was too upset and in shock to debate. I called up a few weeks later about it and was told someone would call me which they didn’t. I am TERRIFIED to give this establishment any more of my money and have no idea how to fix what was done to me, now I have pigmentation all over my forehead as well as a darker chin, which many before and after photos confirm was not at all there before what was done to me here. I had good clear skin on my forehead and now am pretty much suicidal after how they have disfigured my face. I am now seeking legal action for the mal practice after attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. The girl who did it was very nice though so I am sad to implicate her but clearly does not have enough support from the overseeing doctor that quickly tells them how to treat.

Terrible experience. Saw the doctor who immediately started making unsolicited comments on my appearance - stated my face is lop-sided because I sleep on one side and chew on one side, stating I’ll likely need Botox in my masseter muscle. Stated one eye is smaller than the other. Told him I only want 30 units of Dysport as this is what I’ve had in the past and it has worked really well for me, he told me I needed 60 and he’s never heard of 30 units being used. As he started getting things ready I had to make it clear that I only wanted 30 otherwise he would have drawn up 60. He seemed very unhappy that I was only asking for 30 and then injected me with minimal warning and poor technique. Will not be going back to this place. I’m a doctor myself and have never had worse treatment from a fellow medical professional.
