Waited over an hour for my appointment, it was a training session so I expected a wait but then to be told it would have been a further hour was disappointing. I had to leave without having my treatment. A simple phone call to advise the time delay & I could have changed my plans to accomodate a disappointing first experience

My Remedial Massage with Gabriella was great! She was able to free up the muscles in my neck and shoulders from working at my desk all day. I really liked her energy, she was able to use firm pressure without it being too painful. The clinic's feels great inside, a sanctuary for all things beauty and wellness

Outstanding service and wonderful staff. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. The facility is outstanding and to the highest standard. The complementary snack bar / station is a highlight that every customer will never forget! But it was the staff's care, skill and knowledge that really stood out as I felt refreshed and recharged and ready to take on the rest of the week. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Cosmedic Beauty for anyone who struggles to find that place that makes you feel a million dollars. 💯

I absolutely recommend Cosmedic Beauty considering beauty and/or health treatments.

All of the staff are lovely and the waiting area and treatment rooms are stunning. Little touches like hot and cold drinks in the waiting room make you feel extra special.

I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin since undertaking Venus Viva treatment under the care of Nurse Tracey. She is gentle and compassionate and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable.

Parking has never been a problem and, unlike some beauty places in the shopping centres, I've never had an issue with worrying about my privacy.

Can't rate highly enough.

This beauty clinic is absolutely incredible, their customer service is unreal and they make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door with complementary refreshments and stunning furnishings. The ladies are absolutely lovely and so so helpful as well as incredibly professional.

The clinic itself is gorgeous, clean and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you ladies so so much!

I have been visiting CBC since it’s opening day. Finally we have a clinic in Cairns with it all! The warmth and genuine kindness from every employer really makes this place special and a doctor on board makes it so easy. With modern state of the art equipment you’ll be treated by the best with the best. Thank you Sayhl for planning and helping me with the best deals and Chantel for treating my face with the utmost care. Gabby your facials are the best in town and your massages are so good! Nurse Tracey, after years of your service you’re always telling me when enough is enough to keep my face natural! This tells me you genuinely want the best for me.
