Corlette Palms Motor Inn may be a bit dated, but it offers a solid, comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had great water pressure.

If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly place to spend the night, this is a good option. It's not luxurious, but for the price, it delivers what you need for a comfortable rest. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to those seeking good value for an overnight stop.

Cannot fault the service of the lady at reception. Unfortunately the aged room cooling facilities let this motel down. The room was spotless and bed comfortable.
The old box aircon vibrated the walls near it and sounded like a vehicle motor idling on and off all night. The room still remained warm and stuffy. The next night decided on the overhead fan. The switch for this was too high on the wall. The tall receptionist turned it on but after a few minutes it stopped. She came back put it on med and we had it turned off after it kept speeding up. Didnt feel safe.

We decided to stay at Corlette Sands while visiting family in the area. ||||We should have walked away after being charged $20 over the advertised price making the charged for 1 night $168.||||The room smelt very musky like it has not been opened in months, the Air con near fell out if the wall and was very loud and clunky. The hot water was non existent in the evening and early morning.||||When we advised the manager on duty about the water issue, we were advised that it was likely a parent keeping their child in the shower too long. This water issue did not resolve in the morning.||||We complained about the room and were only offered a $20 refund.||||We do not recommend staying here to anyone, look for somewhere else.||||Management doesn't care the customers have a terrible stay.

The room was clean and only just adequate. Very dated and tired.
The bed was very hard and not at all comfortable. The air conditioner was very old and the air vent was broken and stained.
After turning off the ceiling light, there was a constant red flicker from the fitting for the rest of the night.
The shower dripped all night.
On top of all this we were charged $168.00 for the night and when I approached the owner he was totally unconcerned about my complaints and actually accused me of lying when I told him the air conditioning didn't work properly.

My main complaint is that we paid $198 for one night for a room which was worth half that. However, it provided us with a night's accommodation when it was needed while most other accommodation providers in the area insist on a two-night minimum stay which isn't always possible.||On the plus side, the room was clean (as evidenced by the strong smell of bleach) and the TV was easy to operate. On the other hand, it was noisy! Neighbouring units could be heard and the sound of an airconditioning unit hummed loudly all night long. Couldn't turn on the cold tap in the bathroom. The fridge was placed in an awkward position next to the bed with the door facing the wrong way. Very odd. The place is in obvious need of some money spent on it, or to be practical, it's a knockdown and rebuild!
