Loved this place. Beautiful, clean, modern apartment, everything you need is there. Owners Sandy and Tony were lovely, super helpful and really looked after us. This place has beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Close to the city and the beautiful esplanade. Will definitely stay again in the future.

place is clean n very comfortable located at at the promenade so very nice to have sea view ; had it not been for the manager ;who is quite rude not granting 10 mins extra for checkout at 10 am we only asked that much as we had been to the coral reef plane ride he told us off that was tje only downside or i would give a full 5/5 if he was patient and polite both

The exceptional service truly impressed us. Sandy, at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to guiding us on booking local sightseeing tours and any other requests or questions. The rooms themselves were spacious - our queen-sized bed offered plenty of room to move around. However, the cleanliness could have been improved. There was noticeable dust around the place, and some kitchen items seemed in need of replacement. Quick notethe balconies can get quite noisy in the mornings due to the hotel's proximity to the main street. Despite this, we are satisfied with the hotel, we enjoy our stay. Thank You!

Nice rooms, lovely staff. Pool and spa were clean. Fantastic views across the bay and an excellent location for a nice walk down the esplanade to get coffee in the morning.

Would recommend to anyone staying in cairns.

We stayed in apartment 20. It was exactly as presented in the booking and perfect for our needs. Everything we required, comfortable and spacious with secure underground parking. Sandy and Tony were both lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Lovely apartment, Tony and Sandy, our hosts were very helpful and informative, recommending really good restaurants and places to go. Very clean, all amenities needed were provided. Beautiful view from windows and balcony. Would definitely come back here and would highly recommend

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt safe in the area and found a wonderful place to eat within walking distance. We appreciated the owners help booking a Great Barrier Reef tour.

Fantastic building in a great location. Tony and Sandy are very helpful and accommodating. Breath-taking views over the ocean and out to Green Island and only a 15 minute walk to the city. Perfect for families with a secure pool, BBQ and spa area.
