After moving to the area over 18 months ago and not being able to get into a few local Dr’s surgeries in Cooroy (as they weren’t taking any new patients), I had success with Cooroy Family Medical.

The girls on the front desk are great, friendly and provide fantastic service, nurses are super nice, and I found Dr Huw Adams very consultative, personable, knowledgeable, and exceptional to deal with, which makes it easy to chat about the more personal stuff.

I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. All in all a great experience.

The reception ladies were fantastic, the Dr (Adams) was great too he took all the time to explain and not rush us through our consult. He listened to my concerns & I felt heard. My daughter is usually very apprehensive with Dr visits as we very rarely go so she’s not used to it, but she was fine with Dr.Adams. Only one star down from 5 stars as they were unable to bulk bill urgent appointments. Thank you to everyone 🙂

Dr Anna Eakins has been so supportive in my health journey. She has an amazing ability to listen so we can come up with a healthcare plan together. In this way, it is always tailored precisely to my needs And I feel involved in the process. Although a very busy doctor, she always spends quality time with each of her patients so they not only feel like their health is being taken care of but they are also nurtured as a person, like someone really cares and is there for you? She is also very holistic in her approach and helps with things that may be considered ‘ Outside of the box’. She is a great asset to Cooroy family medical.

Have been going here for 21 years. All the Drs I've seen in that time have been exceptional.
Current doctor is Dr Eakins. She is thorough, caring & compassionate.

This clinic is one of the best. The staff and Drs are compassionate and take the time to listen and discuss. I travel more than half an hour to see the drs in Cooroy because they have always been fabulous.
