We had the most incredible time at Coonawarra Farm Resort and can’t thank Ange and Joe enough for their warmth, hospitality, and the amazing experience they created for all of us. From the moment we arrived, everything was so well-organised, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

The property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The activities were not only fun and engaging, but also so well thought-out and run with great care and enthusiasm. Ange and Joe went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and included, and that truly made all the difference.

Thank you again, Ange and Joe, for your kindness and effort. We’re so grateful and already looking forward to coming back!

We recently stayed at Coonawarra Lakeside Resort for 4 nights, along with 9 other families, and it was an incredible experience! The kids had an amazing time participating in various activities, including archery, canoeing, the low ropes course, and a fun scavenger hunt in the wooden labyrinth. The swimming pool was a definite favourite, and the table tennis setup added even more fun for kids and adults.

The property felt safe, allowing the kids to explore freely and enjoy all the activities while we relaxed. The instructors were friendly and supportive and ensured everyone had a fantastic experience.

The resort included a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparation seamless for our large group. Ample storage options, including a freezer and a cooler room, were incredibly convenient for managing supplies.

The peaceful and spacious environment provided a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal destination for families.

We highly recommend Coonawarra Lakeside Resort for families or groups seeking a fun, safe, and activity-filled getaway.

We started going to Coonawarra Farm Resort when we were little kids, and now, as adults, we have started the tradition again with our own kids. It is honestly, the most amazing weekend away! The kids (and adults) have an absolute ball and NEVER want to come home. The whole resort is ours!!! It is a school camp, but the facilities are pretty good; the kitchen, ensuite rooms, and deck area are all available for us to enjoy. They have done some renovations in recent years, and having the air conditioning in the rooms has been a much-needed added pleasure. ||Dealing with Ange is seamless; nothing is an issue. Do yourselves a favor and get some families together and go and enjoy this hidden gem. The memories are endless. 🙂

2025 marked the fourth consecutive year we’ve hired the Iguana Creek Lodge at Coonawarra Farm Resort for our annual group getaway, hosting approximately 130 friends.

The facilities are great—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped to accommodate large groups. The picturesque surroundings provide the perfect setting for relaxation and ample space for a variety of group activities, making every visit truly memorable.

A special shoutout to the incredible camp manager, Ange. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism ensure that every stay is seamless and enjoyable. Her team is equally fantastic—always friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist.

We’re so fortunate to have found this exceptional camp facility and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a reliable, well-managed venue for their group! 2026 is already booked!!

The staff have been amazing.

Camp was pretty good. The accommodation was clean and food was average. It had a nice lakeside view and the activities were fun. The staff were very helpful as well. I found this an enjoyable experience and I would recommend to others. Good for school camp.

Checked it out for a future camp. Amazing place with 2 separate camps. Lots of bunk beds and activities geared towards school children.
