We had a great time at Coolum at the Beach. The unit was clean and spacious. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! The pool was great and we made good use of it on the hot days ||Great service on arrival and everything was explained to us. ||We will most certainly be back! Thank you!

Amazing pools and experience for young kids. Apartment was well setup for a comfortable stay with a young family, providing the necessities and comforts from home. The location is beautiful and quiet with a very short walk to shops and cafes making this an enjoyable escape for the whole family.

Our family had a great 7 night stay at Coolum at the Beach - our second time there. I couldn’t recommend this resort more as a great place for families with brilliant facilities and a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was comfortable and well appointed. The main pool is perfect for families including older and younger kids and this is supplemented by the other 3 pools. Checkin was seamless and although we didn’t need support during our stay I am sure it was there if required. Underground security parking was a bonus. We’ll be back.

The location was spot on! Right next to Cole’s, Dan murphies, Coolum beach pub, the beach and heaps of little cafes and shops!

Our room two bedroom apartment was really nice, huge rooms, bathrooms were spacious and the balcony was 10/10, however the living area was very small and pokey.

Would definitely stay here again!

I have just read some of the less positive reviews and I am amazed. Maybe we had a renovated room/suite. A single night stay for business including 3 bedroom and one bedroom suites. All spacious, clean, well presented and comfortable. Great location near the centre of Coolum and right next to coffee shops and a supermarket. An abundance of swimming pools (didn't get the chance to use them unfortunately). Very helpful and accommodating check in service. Undercover parking is free (try getting that in Brisbane!). I find it hard to believe that some others were dissatisfied, they must live in really opulent mansions!

While the accommodation appears good, one factor made for a terrible stay.||And, there's little the management can do!||The apartments are designed with the balconies all facing into the centre. And, each apartment balcony (veranda/deck) is well furnished with chairs and table. But, the balconies make a wall of concrete - and noise is amplified.||We encountered a Drama Queen who, in a very loud voice, just HAD to describe all her issues over a phone call for an extended period of time. When finishing the call, she called another and repeated the performance till the early hours. The noise kept us from sleeping.||We tried closing the glass door and turning on the aircon, but there is no control over fan speed and the strong blast was very uncomfortable.||Clearly, the management have little control over 'problem' guests' - it is the poor design of the building (coupled to old style aircon units).

We have previously stayed at Coolum At the Beach and the rooms very clean, comfortable and everything was great quality. We were very pleased and looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

Overall the whole experience was very average.
Rooms were just average size even in villa. If you are a couple with a medium suitcase then there is no space to open it comfortably.
Service was average but accomodating when requested an upgrade.
Location was decent.
