My Husband and I looked around at multiple venues for our wedding and Coolibah Downs Private Estate was the first and only place that ticked all the right boxes.

The staff, (especially our wedding coordinator Leticia), were fantastic start to finish. We seriously can't thank all the staff for making our day be a dream come true. Letitia was an absolute superstar, always responding to our countless emails and going above and beyond!

The scenery was beautiful and all the food and beverages turned our exactly the way we wanted. All our family and guests spoke highly of the wedding and without the help of everyone at Coolibah Downs I don't think the execution would have been possible. We owe it to them for making our day so special.

This venue is a dream come true, cannot recommend this venue enough!

The Coolibah Downs Estate is simply stunning & created multiple beautiful backdrops for our magical day. Having access to be able to get ready & stay on site was also incredibly helpful.
Our coordinator Barbara was a true delight. Such a wonderful and warm presence, she was incredibly helpful in the lead-up and most importantly on the day. She was here there and everywhere for ANYTHING we needed. Her kindness is truly appreciated ?
Everything ran so smoothly and without a hitch and Barb made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole day and evening.
It was truly the most wonderful day and we can’t thank the whole team at Coolibah enough for making our dreams come true. The grounds, the food, the drinks - everyone went above and beyond. Barb - you elevated our day from incredibly special to perfect!!

The Coolibah Downs estate is so beautiful. We booked prior to their renovations and were so happy with the upgrades they made. The chapel, marquee and grounds were the perfect backdrop for our photos and special day.
Being able to get ready onsite then stay the night after and wake up to enjoy a coffee on the deck make the day so much easier.

Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the pool!

Our wedding coordinator Leticia did all the running around on the day and everything went smoothly - nothing was too much for her even when we changed the location of our wedding party drinks and asked her to reprint our speech multiple times.

We received so many compliments on the drinks, food and fairy lights which were all supplied by Coolibah Downs.

Thanks to everyone on the Coolibah Downs team. Leticia, Emma, Chef and all the staff were all so accommodating and helpful.

My husband and I got married at the beautiful Coolibah Downs Estate last Friday and it was truly the most magical and special day. Our amazing coordinator, Leticia has been with us since day 1. From coordinating behind the scenes to helping us on our big day- we can’t thank her enough! Everything went so smoothly and she made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Coolibah Downs is literally the most beautiful venue from the chapel to the beautiful marquee. We had so much fun and can’t thank the venue staff enough for accommodating all our guests. Coolibah Downs!! My husband and I couldn’t have better things to say about having our special day here back in May!
The team was exceptional and we both had the most stress free day thanks to all the hard work put in by everyone there. Our wedding coordinator Leticia was the most beautiful soul and the best energy for the wedding day, constantly there to check up on you, give you updates and for anything you needed, working alongside her for our big day was incredible, and couldn’t speak more highly of her as an individual and as part of the Coolibah! And to the rest of the incredible team, we can’t thank them enough also, the design team that set up our beautiful reception space, incredible, the food was phenomenal and all our guests still talk about how good it was to this day!

We fell in love with Coolibah Downs from the moment we stepped foot on the Estate & couldn’t wait to book in our September 2024 wedding.

We met with Emma initially, who was so lovely, explained Coolibah Downs offerings and pricing in detail and made the booking process so easy. The venue offer so many inclusions within their packages which takes the stress away from planning the wedding and we found it to be amazing value for money.

Our wedding coordinator, Barb, is absolutely incredible, we are so thankful for the hard work she put in behind the scenes and on the day to make our vision come to life.

A big thankyou to the entire Coolibah Downs team who helped make our wedding day incredibly special and unique to us.

The new renovations are gorgeous, the styling was beautiful and the food and service was impeccable.

I recommend Coolibah Downs as the BEST venue and team you could choose to have your wedding. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by the staff, enchanted by the grounds, and given details of the wonderful options we could select for our day. From the marquee with its beautiful draping right down to the manicured gardens - you can tell everything is well looked after, and it culminates in an event space that is breathtaking. We chose to have our service in the chapel which is incredibly beautiful and unique, with its stone work and high ceilings. I looked at other venues but this one for me was a standout!

The moment we went to meet with our wedding co-ordinator, everything was explained to us and came together seamlessly. They say planning a wedding is stressful but it was the easiest process with the team there! A big thank you to our wedding co-ordinator Leticia. She is a ray of sunshine, thorough, organised, detail orientated, a fabulous communicator, thoughtful; and nothing is too much trouble. I pestered her with so many questions and she always had information for me that made it easy to make my choices for the big day. I cannot count how many emails I sent, but I always got a prompt and kind reply. I know they do this day in and day out, but we felt genuinely cared for, and like Leticia was invested in us personally. I’m sure they’re all amazing but Leticia was truly outstanding.
I also like that she had recommendations for other vendors I wanted, making it so easy to create a vision into a reality. She also captured some videos of us during our professional photo hour, as well as content of the marquee and little details I didn’t have time to capture myself on my phone. This sort of care was heartfelt and treasured.

On the actual day of the wedding, every other single staff member we came across were polite, helpful, and had big smiles for us. Our guests remarked on how well everything ran, and that was because of the team at Coolibah Downs’ expertise and professionalism behind the scenes. The overwhelm of getting a run sheet sorted became a breeze, and the fact it was executed as planned really relieved me.

I’m a big foodie as well and the food was beautiful. There were options for everyone- veg, GF, dairy free - you name it, it was still delicious. The canapés were particularly delish. The team also were incredibly accomodating as my husband and I wanted customised cocktails that we had a recipe for. They went out of their way to make them for us and that was another way our day was elevated to an event that was made perfect to our taste.

Thank you to everyone at Coolibah Downs for helping us have one of the best days of our lives! We will never forget it. And if you’re thinking of having your wedding here? Go for it, you won’t regret it!
