Terrible massage. I told about my certain issues. Light rubs and pressure points. I felt she was bored at certain times and was doing nothing. Still feel sore and knots still there. Don’t recommend at all

I started going to Cool Body Mitchelton when they were at Brookside and have continued to go there for massages since they moved a few years back.

The staff are lovely and it is such a peaceful space. The masseuses are all excellent. I don't think I've ever had a bad massage in all the years I've gone to them. Highly recommend if you're looking for a massage. Good and fair pricing as well.

Nice little shop and super friendly staff. Unfortunately I'm left walking away disappointed. I clearly stated that I had injured my trap and my neck is killing me indicating left side and could that please be the focus. She starts on the right side. After 5 minutes I make mention it's the other side thats bothering me. She acknowledges this then asked about the pressure. I said it could be firmer. She continued on the right side for another few minutes where I then requested again the other side. She finally swaps to the left. She asks about pressure to which I again said firmer. Nothing seemed to change. She massaged my problem side, ever so lightly for all of 5 minutes then moves back to the right side. Shoulder again? Nope. Glutes and calves. I'm so very confused. 30min massage where I requested she focus on my left side of my neck and I walked away with maybe 5minutes on the problem area, so lightly it made no difference. I don't know how many times I have to say what I wanted but I just gave up once she moved to glutes and Id asked 4 times to do my left side of my neck and firmer. Once again they were lovely, but I don't think I'll be back for that.
