It was great! This is my second time visiting and I really enjoyed the infrared sauna. I also love the cold bath after the sauna. It feels like tightened my skin and helped my body to recover from the muscles pain.

I had the float therapy at my previous session and it was amazing! At first tho, it’s a bit strange but then your body just really started to feel the benefit from the therapy. And I personally think, it’s the most incredible relaxing experience I have ever had. A float therapy is a must try!!

I also love you get a private room all by yourself and they provide all you need during the session (towels, water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream) . This wellness centre is definitely my new sanctuary and my happy place! The atmosphere here is peaceful and like a little luxurious retreat. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Always feel amazing after having the session here! Absolutely recommend

Wonderful experience at Contro Wellness. Was an amazing way to unwind after a long week. I had a red light therapy and a magnesium soak, the soak time was long which was incredible. Love that it is private, and can go with a friend or my partner in future and have the room to ourselves. Definitely will be returning.

Always love coming to Contro. The rooms are always impeccable and are so beautifully decorated. Generally just a great, peaceful vibe. Love that they offer private spaces. Looking forward to my next visit already.

We tried the Contrast Therapy at Contro Wellness in the traditional sauna and it was amazing! The private rooms are beautiful and very spacious, it’s such a game changer being able to have the whole room to yourselves. Absolutely love how it looks inside - this place is awesome!!

Couldn’t recommend Contro wellness more. The facilities are beautiful, the staff are super friendly and Irene provided the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Definitely head here if you’re in need of relaxation.

Had a fabulous float room experience at Contro Wellness. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and friendly and the space is absolutely stunning, clean and so thoughtfully curated. The float itself was such an out of body experience, I felt like I was floating home I was so relaxed! Would absolutely recommend Contro Wellness and I will definitely be back.

Been here for many sessions and it has been amazing. On Sunday I had a session booked that I could not make due to an unforeseen circumstance, I called Elisha and let her know. Despite it being passed the 6 Hour time, Elisha helped me out and organised another session. Great service and great product. Thanks Team.
