The staff were very friendly and obliging. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The parking was easy to find. Be mindful that there is a steep section leading to the entry if you have rolling luggage. It might be a bit tricky holding on to it. We ate in the bistro on our first night, the steak and mash were delicious.

Exceeded expectations. Stayed Sunday night, Room 9, at the back, it was very quiet. The room was bigger than I expected, and the ceilings were high. The receptionist gave me all the information I needed, very helpful. Nice to have the option of a lift even though it is only one floor up. The bistro had a good variety at reasonable prices. Off street parking.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel! I was just after an affordable hotel for my family of 5 for a fishing charter.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious and affordable. The service was amazing! Attention to detail was perfect. Above and beyond with lots of little extras in the room.

The restaurant downstairs food was lovely, large servings and quality food.

Would highly recommend and will be back again!

Just fantastic all around. Stayed 2 nights. Clean room, comfortable bed with clean linen. Dinners were top notch. Staff all polite and couldn’t be more courteous. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The rooms are above a pub and gaming venue. You have to carry luggage up a stair case - so not ideal if you have injuries or mobility issues. |The rooms were spacious and looked nice but the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable sadly. |There is a fridge and desk in the room and the amenities were clean and relatively new. |My room also had an outdoor balcony.

I decided to come to this establishment with my older and younger sisters to try out the food. There are many signs saying that anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied with an adult and since we were with our 22 year old sister we thought it was okay. We asked one of the workers If we could go sit down which she said yes and while we were settling in another worker came up to us and rudely asked for ID I am 17 so I am a minor obviously I don’t have an ID so my sister tried to explain and told him that I am under age and he said “we weren’t allowed to eat here at all if we weren’t 18” my younger sisters have eaten here with a parent and it was perfectly fine and he rudely accused them off lying when this was mentioned. My sister then calmly asked to talk to the manager to sort out the issue but was met with her yelling across the bar proceeding to tell us to get out instead of politely explaining the situation. If I could rate this place lower I would. the customer service is atrocious and I definitely do not recommend you going here

Stayed here for the weekend. Great accomodation, super friendly staff. Food was great and reasonably priced. Recommend highly.

I didn't stay there, we just grabbed some dinner there before a show nearby. The meals were pretty good; seafood pasta was good. Only downside was it was very busy and a Wednesday night, so we sat in the beer garden, which was much quieter but smoke kept escaping from the gaming room. However, I'd recommend it, it was a pleasant surprise.
