I’ve had the pleasure of celebrating my son’s first birthday and my 40th birthday (twice!) at Concord Function Centre, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The venue is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and provides the perfect setting for any special occasion. The food is simply outstanding—delicious, flavorful, and never greasy. You can tell the team puts great effort into every dish.

What really sets Concord apart is the professionalism of the staff. They pay attention to even the smallest details to ensure everything goes smoothly, and their level of care is rare to find. I’ve been to many venues where staff appear disinterested, but not here—everyone is attentive, engaged, and dressed professionally. This level of service made all our events truly memorable.

For anyone looking for a five-star experience, I highly recommend Concord Function Centre. It’s a venue that consistently exceeds expectations in every way.

We recently celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at Concord Function Centre and had an amazing experience! The venue was perfect for our party, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of options for both kids and adults. But what really made the party stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From setting up to cleaning up, they took care of everything, allowing us to focus on celebrating with our guests. Special thanks to Deep and his team for their outstanding service. What can I say? But what can I say is that Deep and his staff at Concord Function Centre has made our wedding the most memorable wedding ever in our life. The food, the service the venue the drinks everything was outstanding amazing. With great joy we organised our Son's Wedding lunch at the venue!Great venue! The biggest mistake we made was to organise the South Indian Banana leaf Wedding lunch with Manjit's..The Entrees were good!Every aspect of the Main Course lunch was so unauthentic, the waiters struggled to serve, there were other unpalatable items found in the food and there was nothing that could tell us this was Gold Catering standards! There was big talk and promise at the start about delivering a South Indian Luncheon but not a dish was close to any South Indian dish! Never make the mistake of organising South Indian food with the Manjits Catering.

I work as a waiter at a quality seafood restaurant in the eastern suburbs & I want to say a big thank you to the management and staff at the wedding reception of my niece (Sampfo) last Saturday evening.

We had a wonderful evening. From the entrance it was clearly evident that the venue excels. Waterfall feature is mentally relaxing, abundant coffee and teas, drinks, finger food and a well lit, large font, elevated digital screen with the wedding guest list in alphabetical order making it very easy for guests to find their name and corresponding table number.

The venue was spacious, table settings meticulously placed, well spoken Master of Ceremonies, and together with his professionalism, the great music, lighting and special effects, my niece and her husband had a memorable evening.

The waiters excelled. They responded quickly to requests and made sure there was abundant drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my entree, tender lamb as main and the best chocolate brownie dessert I ever remember.

I hope people looking for a venue for their special occassion would consider carefully this review written by someone with years of experience in the hospitality industry.

My son George and daughter-in-law Sampfo had their wedding on 6th July, 2024. The atmosphere was magical and the service was outstanding. Deep made us feel welcomed and he was very professional and approachable. The food and desserts were outstanding. I give them 10/10!
