I've been seeing the team for about a year now and they still provide the amazing, customised service I received day 1. They have helped my skin improve 10 fold and they cater to my every need. Facials, waxing, massages, eye brows, nails. They remember me and our conversations even if it's been a month since my last visit, they really make you feel special and treat you with the utmost care.

It was my first time coming here, though was recommended by my older sister. The ladies were lovely and so welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable in the semi-dark room. I had the 60 mins massage with the hot stones and can 100% recommend. Every section she massaged she always went over with the hot stones multiple times. The stones were so warm 😍 pretty sure I fell asleep twice. It was quiet, cozy and peaceful ☺️

Just received a wonderful Festive Favourite Facial and a Lavish Lava Shell massage. So relaxed and almost ready for Christmas. Just need to add my decorations with a Mani-Pedi with Shellac and Eyelash + Eyebrow treatment next week. Thank you Tracy and Larissa.

Whether you decide to have a wax treatment, facial, pedicure or body massage (which I've had all) the service is always 5 Star. The attention to detail, cleanliness of the premises, and the friendly and welcoming staff are always first class. The skin care products are also absolutely amazing, are made in Australia with no nasties in them, not to mention they are extremely good value for money not like a lot of other skincare. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The atmosphere is lovely however the massage was unfortunantly boring, skipped key ares and used knuckles over shoulders bones (not traps where expected) over and over again. Very limited with covering, a small towel not even a sheet towel so it was quite cold without the weighted comfort of the usual relaxing massage. The music is not relaxing, high pitched tones (outdated)Might sound like im being picky but im an ex therapist so abit judgey i guess.

Yesterday I had the high performance facial with the max 7 led skin rejuvenation and a European body spa ritual - and it was heaven! I live in Brisbane and came up to Rockhampton to visit friends and that is how I discovered Complete Harmony. The service and skill used by the therapists was above and beyond anything I have experienced at large brand name salons in Brisbane. I really wish I lived in Rockhampton so that I could visit this 5 star salon regularly! Highly, highly recommended.
