Unlike the obvious employee review before me, I speak without bias.

Prior to amalgamating with nexus, these guys were great. Since that union, they are driven by profits, not by providing care or assistance.

I have never seen a more disrespectful and dishonest bunch of people who service the most vulnerable in our society.

They only seem to care about doing the least possible while they garnish high fees from the aged care package provided, aggresively.

Any service that is essential seems to be beyond this organisations ability, but if you want to organise windows to be cleaned, watch them spring into action and organise the most expensive people around, all at the cost of the aged care package.

If your goal is to stay at home with services to assist you, then utilising this organisation will most likely lead you into residential care with a very clean house, because cleaning seems to be all they can be bothered to organise.
