Service was good: the manager went out of his way to show available rooms.

But the rooms were not great. The queen's bed had the coils poking through. Carpet stained and other spills. Could not boil the kettle as the power sockets were nowhere near a table where the kettle could be placed. Although clean sheets and functioning shower, the whole place felt stuffy, old and i would say it was a dump( a pillow and rotting towel on the patio rooftop which was the outlook from the window. Therefore it was also over priced:$150

Lovely service and help from the young lady behind the bar thank you.
But that's where it ends.
Food our first order we couldn't have. Meals came out before the starters. The starters were half way through our meal. 1 meal was incorrect. Said it had Bacon. Got no Bacon. The steak was meant to be rib fillet was not .The chips were cold.
Other 1 meal came out after the first 2 meals were almost finished.
Then the 4th meal also came out missing Bacon steak wasn't rib fillet like the menu said. And it was over cooked.
Got one refund for 1 meal only got refund for the price of Bacon for the other.
Manager to busy to come out. Leaving floor staff to cope .
Definitely will not be back.
We vote with our feet. And only leaving review as I don't want other people to have a bad experience. Especially with the prices they charge.
1 star was for the service from the young lady.

Do not even bother trying to eat here. Worst service I have encountered in years!!! Four of us dining. Two meal choices we wanted were not available. Two orders came out, the entree came out 5 minutes later, then the 3rd meal arrived. The 4th person 10 minutes later has to ask for theirs. 2 meals missing bacon and definitely wasn't rib fillet.
The young guy that took out order really didn't give a hoot. The young lady at the bar tried to help us but could only do so much. We will never ever be back!!!!! We got money back for 1 meal and one got back $4 for the missing bacon ?

The food was delicious,$13.90 for chicken snitzel, salad and chips|The can of come was a shock at $5.50.|The place needs TLC,there was a bucket on the floor due to the roof leaking,the carpet looks ancient.|Sunday there is a $ 15 steak chips and salad,I'm going to try that.|Parking is limited,but there is a parking building behind Supercheap.|Well worth a visit.
