I'll admit, my first impression wasn't great. Pulling up to the pub, I was a bit apprehensive due to a couple of patrons outside yelling out to me. However, don't let that fool you! Stepping inside, I discovered a hidden gem.
The service and atmosphere were warm and welcoming. The standout for me was the incredible value - the schnitzel was delicious and reasonably priced! The outdoor seating area was also lovely.
Would definitely recommend, especially for a casual catch-up or meal. Just don't judge a book by its cover!

We called in for a quick lunch and bevvie and were pleasantly surprised. The food, (2x steaks/1 arancini/ 1 Spanish prawns) were cooked perfectly, served by friendly staff, and good value. We'll definitely stop in again when in this area.

The lunches were good value, it's awesome to see a pub that still has meals under $20 and $10 entrees. So thankyou for that, id definitely eat there again. I got the cheeseburger and it was great and so where the chips and it was only $15. It's got a good relaxed feel and the staff and other patrons were friendly. My only suggestion is to replace the old pub carpet because it smells really bad of old cigarettes and it would change the feel of the pub from run down to fresh.

Called in today for a random lunch after shopping, daughter had vegetarian pasta and I had chicken snitty with creamy garlic sauce and chips and salad great meal and one of the best around town I think.
Daughter said the pasta was delicious also and both under $20 won't find that price in many pubs these days and the feel of the pub was really friendly.
Highly recommended.

Went for a meal after movie at Boolaroo, inexpensive fresh food, lovely quiet venue to eat and hear conversation. Salad accompanying had multiple ingredients refreshing surprise

Great little pub! We live in the Weemala estate and this awesome little pub is our go to for a good old fashioned pub meal. The mushroom sauce and chicken schnitzels are amazing!! Plus the pub is dog friendly so my other half often walks the dog down, has a beer then goes home. Friendly staff and great food - what more could you want!!
