I was really tossing up whether to write a review on here or not, but after noticing all the negative comments on here, and the motel replying with excuses and attacking the poster instead of taking it on board to improve the services i decided to write one. We stayed 2 nights, room was clean but all sheets and towels had an extremely strong smell of bleach which was over bearing. The older lady in the office was rude with no customer service skills. . She was checking in another guest before us and kept complaining as he didn't have the exact amount as he was paying in cash. When she served us there was no welcome to our motel or any nice gestures, just booked us in and gave us a key and sent us on our way. The milk she gave us for breakfast was off/curdled. I read the review from Leah Coxhell complaining about the dirty cutlery, and the response from owner is saying there is no cutlery in the rooms is incorrect, as our room and others had stainless steel cutlery along with crockery and other utensils. Also website said there was a restaurant on site there but it was closed with no information given on how long. The information in booklet was also outdated in the room. They said they had foxtel available, but there was only approx 10 channels and some of them had error messages coming up so couldn't watch it. I will say the bathroom was immaculate and so was the kitchen. But the couches in the lounge area was old, outdated and dirty. And to the owner please take my comment and all negative comments on board so you can improve your services and not to attack the poster. Thank you

The worst service in a motel I have ever been in! The only good thing was that the bed was comfy and there was coles next door. The cutlery were dirty when we got there, the owner was rude and disrespectful towards anyones needs. The information book is completely wrong as it says the laundry is open from 8am-8pm but when we got there at just before 7 the owner said in a rude way "we are closing at 7-7:30 BE QUICK”. There was a fellow elderly man asking how to change the channels in the tv and she didn’t help him one bit all she said was “It is in the book” in a disrespectful way. I do not recommend comfort inn glenfield and I will never be coming here again. Worst decision booking here.

Everything was great except the older lady in reception who isn't aware of what customer service is and the handy man and the cleaners who all came into my room with barely a knock before hand becausei I have no cat they thought I'd checked out so just helped themselves

The best motel you could get. Booked a family room for a day and is easily the best motel I've been to before.
The motel "room" was literally a house!
The bathroom was amazing and provided shower caps and sanitary bags in comparison to other motels with none.
The bedrooms were comfy, with great and clean beds (coming from a germaphobe). Everything was extremely clean and the TV's worked well.

Wonderful staff that treated every guest well that I saw. I was there for 2 weeks for work and while I was glad to go home, I sad to leave the comfortability of the Inn. George and company made being away from my family easier and the room service breakfasts and dinners had me very satisfied.
Highly recommend for anyone on the road for long periods to kick back and enjoy what the Inn has to offer.

The room was great - perfect motel set up. Plenty of space to work with a fixed desk and a separate table - allowed co-working with a colleague. Reception were great at accommodating a late checkin (they were closed by 8pm).
Great location with several dinner options within walking distance - pub, McDonalds, KFC. And a nice cafe for coffees/lunch.
One downside (which I hope won't affect future travellers) was the roadworks taking place on the road outside.
