I booked a room as I was away for work. I was charged $220 for a single room. When I phoned in to let them know I'd be checking in after hours everything was fine. I get there 2hrs later at 6pm and phone reception for the key safe code and was told that I would have to pay a further $200 for a security deposit. To bad if it was the last of my money. That should have been mentioned in the 2 phone calls before arriving.

The only good thing about the room I was given at this motel was the location. I asked for a downstairs room because I recently had shoulder surgery and couldn't heave my suitcase up and down a flight of stairs. At $184.50 a night, you'd think I would have got a decent room.

It was raining the entire time - opened the door to a concrete floor, nothing to wipe your feet on. I dropped the bedspread on the floor so I'd have something dry to stand on with my shoes off. No wardrobe, just an open metal trolley to hang clothes on, camping fridge that couldn't keep anything cold and dripped water all over the floor whenever you opened it from the condensation, no microwave, 2 little metal bedside tables - no shelving in the bathroom, no iron, no hair dryer. Nowhere to unpack your suitcase. Just appalling. Don't believe the website photos. If I could give it zero stars, I would have.

For the exorbitant price for one night, we found the room generally dirty (the shower recess was filthy, carpet sticky and windows were generally covered in fingerprints and other scum). The stairwell stunk of rancid sewerage and cigarette smoke! We had other accomodation further north which was a similar price for two nights and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were so uncomfortable at having booked again on our return journey, we cancelled (with notice) but were declined a refund. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the entire experience!

This lovely Inn is centred in town this place of rest offers ample parking.

The rooms are newly fitted out with lots of new utilities and the rooms are spacious with the majority of rooms with a balcony. The rooms are kept clean and tidy.

Beds are very comfortable and rooms have a microwave, fridge, AC and a kettle for making a cuppa. The complementary biscuits are the best I have ever had.

Make sure you collect your key before 5pm.

Car park is not enough for the guests. Wardrobe didn’t has hangers. Wardrobe is used for store cutlery, glasses, cups and plates. Microwave oven installed too higher, it is not safe to bring the hot stuff out from the oven. Room’ s door has a big gap with the floor, we can see the light from corridor.

I was in the room with a Queen Bed and Single on the 3rd floor so my room was beautiful and spacious, there was plenty of space to organize my things. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and I enjoyed the dispensers of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The WiFi for the location was fast and I had no issues. I found no problems settling in and enjoying myself which is reinforced by its close proximity to various stores and restaurants in the Lismore CBD. Overall, I had a great time at this place and I would visit again. The only real issue I had was with parking where it could get pretty cramped at some points especially with all the utes parking around.

Stayed here during a family holiday and it was an ordinary experience. Expected much better for the price and from the comfort inn chain. ||It’s like staying in a housing commission. There’s loud gronks everywhere who appear to be permanent residents. Reception was closed the whole time we were there, the room doesn’t get serviced at all. The parking lot is littered with garbage and there’s a dirty stinky dumpster in the middle. Residents take up most of the decent parking spots leaving nowhere to park for guests. ||The highlight was a bunch of Houso’s having a fight outside our room. We were wanting to go for dinner but we were too frightened to leave the room until the people dispersed.||I would have raised these issues with reception but nobody is ever there. ||The room is ok, could be cleaner. The sliding screen door was completely stuffed and needed to be lifted in order to slide it. ||I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here. Definitely not for families as it’s simply not safe.
